I had ordered Toniiq supplements in the past through Amazon and was satisfied with the products.
This time I decided to order directly from the company through their website. I received the confirmation from the company regarding the order.
Two days later I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances”! (What??) The charges however had been immediately posted to my credit card account. My bank said it would likely be over a week for them to post a refund after the company issued a credit.
After I received the cancellation email, I contacted the customer service email, contact@toniiq to inquire as to why. It stated all inquiries would be handled within 48 hours. 4 business days later I have still have not received a response.
The truth of the matter, nonexistent customer service and abhorrent fulfillment department. Order at your own risk and don’t count on any customer service if you have an issue!

Great products every product that I have tried does and lives up to what the manufacturer says I recommend this company highly five stars

The price was reasonable for the product I purchased and so far, it is working as I hoped it would. Product was received in a timely manner.

Ordering is quite easy however there are certain times when products are not available eg NMN + Resveratrol

The supplement space is full of dishonest, bogus, untrustworthy snake oil salesmen taking advantage of an unregulated market. I learned this the hard way. Once I wised up, I looked for reputable, science-based supplement vendors that provided the 3rd party Certificate of Analysis of their products right on their website. These test show what level of purity the supplement contains in relation to the ingredient claims of the product label. Toniiq is one of 3 vendors I use now because they got them right there. You can rest assured that Toniiq’s singular focus is to craft exceptional products with the highest levels of purity and concentrated potency. And.... when you receive their products they are in beautiful, wide-mouth containers that shout quality. Thank you Toniiq!

DO NOT ORDER!!! You can NEVER get out of a subscription with these people. Zero customer service and they do not care about helping you resolve any issues with subscriptions that continue to come out of my account and they won’t cancel it nor will they receive returns even if the original box the product shipped in has not been opened. In my business, I will always take the hit to make sure my customers are happy even if it costs me dollars. Toniiq does NOT have that policy. They said they don’t receive returns and they won’t help me cancel my order. So disappointing. My advice is find a reputable company to order your supplements from with customer service.

I made a one-time purchase, but all of a sudden I was charged for a monthly subscription that I never authorized. I’ve repeatedly asked for my subscription to be canceled, but no action has been taken. I’ve sent multiple emails, yet I’ve only received promotional messages in return never a response addressing my actual issue. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately.

The supplements were delivered in a timely manner and seem to be of high quality. I have been using the Fadogia Agrestis for a while and thought I would try some of your other products.

I've been using NAD+ from Toniiq for a couple of months now and I’ve honestly been feeling great. I was mainly looking for something to help with energy and keeping myself healthy. Definitely keen to see further results
