Location not recognized
I deposited money, but could not access any games. The app didn't recognize my location even though I checked that location was activated for it. Withdrew my cash and deleted the app.

Game play was good
Game play was good. Choice of different games were good. Trying to cash out was the worst experience I've had with any app before.
It dragged on all day. The asked for documents they already had. They kept emailing asking for the same documents over and over. The emails were "we are sorry, the photo you sent doesn't work" even tho ot was EXACTLY what they asked for. Over and over and over again all day long!
Then when it finally got settled they sent me an email that said it was going to take 5 business days. It didn't take this long, bit this is what the email told me.
I could not speak to anyone on the phone, it was just email or the AI "help" in the app.
Not a good experience at all.

I very much regret signing up with Tonybet. I accidently deposited some money into the sportsbook as I have a few betting sites I use. When I immediately tried to withdrawl it they asked me numerous questions, escalated and investigated it like it was a capital offense. It took a week to get it straightened out.
I was using Tonybet for maybe a few days and then I was limited to only a few dollars per bet. What a joke.
The third issue that I continue to have is the browser 100% never recognizes I am in a legit location when I very much am. Even when I use my phone I need to sign in multiple times and it is so annoying and not worth being able to put down the total cost of a Big Mac meal to win enough to buy a chocolate bar.

Absolutely a waste of time
Absolutely a waste of time. Horrible website, sportsbook and overall appeal. It never detects its in the jurisdiction where I am and I need to jump through several hoops to have my location confirmed.....and it still doesn't work. I try to place bets on my phone and it somewhat works but is still horrible. When I go to place a bet on a major sports league, not Water polo in Africa, my bet is refused. I'm able to place a $10 l, if I am lucky, on something. A total joke of a sports book. There are so, so, sooooo many other quality sportsbooks.
