Ordered online, pickup in store.
Unfortunately I picked the wrong store, and the one I went to offered to have the delivery delivered to them. I mistook the location of the other store, and had to drive further than needed.

I ordered the wrong product and the customer service consultant was more than helpful. He sent me the link, after I described what product I wanted. Then he recalled the first product back to the warehouse so I could be issued with a refund. Very pleased. Thank you.
