Bad Customer Service
I ordered a hand oil pumps 4 each 10 days ago,
paid for the item. 10 days later, no item or tracking information. I contacted the call centre twice & no one could tell me if item had been sent or where it was. What a waste of my time. I tried calling them today, after on hold for 15 minutes line got disconnected. They want us to chat online with them, but no one is willing to talk to you give update on order

Sale of products not stocked
These guys continually sell stuff that they dont have in stock and are awaiting delivery of. At no time in the order and payment process do they mention that the item is not in stock. They dont even tell you when they send teh order confirmation. they just say that they will let you know when the item ships

They are a hardware store not Amazon, they order in and you will have to wait a week or so at Christmas.
Saved a heap of money this way and happy to wait a couple extra days.
Ordered a Husqvarna visor - they sent the wrong item, the replacement is nowhere in sight
Ordered a husqvarna visor, the premium model, which they didn't send, they sent the basic model, contacted them and they assured me the proper one would be sent. I followed up 2 weeks later and no reply. I followed up with an email the next day getting slightly annoyed with no update and said I'd charge back if they couldn't get this sorted, they said I would have to return everything. They didn't offer a refund of the difference, didn't offer free return shipping see they sent the wrong product. They threatened they would offer evidence to the bank if I did charge back and didn't return the product. I have the whole transcript in email.
I'm here over a month later, no updates ,no follow up, no idea if I'm ever going to get what I actually ordered. Awful experience, Never again.
I'm spreading this far and wide, also read their FB page, everyone seems to be having the same experience, nothing in stock even if they say it is, and sending the wrong items.
Selling items which they do not have in stock
This company is taking orders for items which they do not have in stock. Your money will be taken and other than an order confirmation you will not receive any other updates until you either receive your product 3to 6 weeks later or call them to find out that they're awaiting stock. This was my first and will be the last order with this company. Request for a refund was accepted without argument, hopefully it will be processed in a timely manner.
In stock items not actually in stock. Too long turn around time.
Purchased on two separate occasions off this website. First time waited 6 weeks for a product that they said was in stock online, when it actually wasn't. Second time the exact same thing. False advertisement and lies. Also they put the wrong pictures on products so you end up purchasing the wrong item. Gave the benefit of the doubt after the first time and got screwed around again. Lost any further business from me. I'd recommend purchasing elsewhere.
