Toolshouse Reviews

My order newer arrived. Emails or calls not answered. No refund

Purchased an item, money taken then received an email saying that the product is not in stock and that a refund will be issued.
No refund, chased up and told it should take between 24 and 48 hours.
We're now approximately 96 hours later on and still no refund, have contacted Tools house again and no response.
Its feeling like a scam now so not impressed at all.

Rothenberger SuperFire 2 QuickFire Service Repair Kit: Very good price, quality product and super fast delivery.

Nothings arrived, tracking details show nothing. Assuming this is a scam.

Rather frustrating experience with tools house due to their dispatch time. Delivery was booked but item kept without dispatch for days. I had to chase them to get it dispatched. Then once dispatched, it went for another drag with Evri. I should have paid a few ££ more and avoided all the delay.

Competitive price for the product we wanted. Free delivery a bonus.
Would recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service, spent £300 paid extra for fast delivery, was messaged to say it will not arrive on time monday, we're over 70 miles from job told it would arrive Tuesday 15th , no refund for delivery no reply to emails. We have now had to go onsite wait for delivery for a cab to drop it off . Never again should of read feedback before ordering.

The dri bit sharpening machine really does the job. It is Clarke branded to which are excellent.
I purchased the Clarke disc and belt sander earlier and their quality and performance are second to none.

Fast delivery and great price. Thank you.

My order arrived however, it wasn’t what I had ordered. It was actually an item that was over £300, my order being £80. I contacted the company immediately. To say their customer service has been awful is actually an understatement! I could have just kept the item but that is not in my nature. Finally, after a week the courier collected the wrong order yet I am still waiting for my actual order with no confirmation from this company as to when it will be dispatched other than I have to wait for them to receive the wrong order from the courier. They have been most difficult to say the least, expecting me to initially send the wrong item back at my expense! In future I will stick with Tool Station. Even after confirming the courier had collected the wrong order & providing their tracking number, they still won’t confirm when I will receive my order which was paid for nearly 2 weeks ago.

Great price and product, quick delivery, no worries!

Quick and easy ordering

It is my first time placing an order from this company. I bought two items. Turn out one was damaged, another one with original box seriously damaged as if it was not brandnew. Reported this problem to the company by email, promised to reply within 48 hours, but no reply at all. Has to call them to refund one the damaged one, but another one no follow up at all.

I bought a some plumbing tools from Toolhouse to help me in my own house. Their communication was amazing throughout and the whole process was effortless! There was a small mistake, what was sorted the same day I informed them. I received the item within a day! Absolutely amazing service! As a company owner of MJK Roofing in Chelmsford Essex. This is exactly the kind of service that will keep me coming back. Just like my roofing company, MJK Roofing is built on trust and quality service. Which is exactly what they delivered! 5 stars all day long! I'm already looking for my next lot of tools on their website! I'm so glad I came across this amazing company! They beat all the bigger companies hands down 100%!

Bought on neighbour’s recommendation.
Efficient delivery, straightforward assembly process and pleased with its effectiveness. So will recommend to anyone who wants this pressure washer
