Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They charged me too much, so I complained immediately. Then they refunded me only the small amount I paid extra and immediately cancelled my account and all te remaining "credits" I still had for the remaining month (which I paid for). After complaining again they promised me "an additional download to compensate for any inconvenience caused" which I never received. The website and the tools they provide work very well, but dealing with the company itself was shockingly frustrating!
