Order was not shipping
Order was not shipping. I had to reach out to get a status update and was told I needed to pay for shipping. Was a little weird. Order was received and bow is well made. There are many accessories and the arrows come weighted for this bow.

Great fun!
I purchased this item to learn how to shoot a recurve bow and have some family competition. The bow is great quality. Customer service is excellent. The original arrows I ordered were out of stock and the store contacted me to ask if a different color was acceptable for me. I appreciated the consideration. Shipped in a timely manor and no issues at all. I am very pleased with all the items I ordered from TopArchery.
Great Customer Service
Ordered a 68" ILF recurve bow along with a plunger, arrow rest, and a bow stand on Black Friday. To qualify for the Black Friday discount that they had, you had to buy two of a certain product. I had misclicked and only bought 1 bow stand and ended up not getting the discount. After emailing customer service about it, they gave me a special link where I could buy another bow stand and still qualify for the discount days later. This was exceptional service and I will continue to buy their products in the future.

I’ve never received the product. I don’t use WhatsApp and I have been unable to get an updated status.

Zero communication
I ordered a week ago, didn’t like that there was no way to pick shipping speed unless you email to ask for quicker shipping. I emailed the company the next morning and was ignored. It has been one week, no tracking information yet, on their website it says “unfulfilled” This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. I doubt I’ll see this bow in time. Emailed AGAIN asking for an update, doubt I’ll hear anything back. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. I should’ve known.

Great Bow. Communication both good and bad
Final update: The company responded by email and the missing item has now been shipped. I am very satisfied with the quality of their products and would indeed buy them again in the future. Overall, their quality control could be worked on and perhaps working to exceed the customers expectations with their post sale experience.
Update: I received an email from the company acknowledging the problems but offering nothing but excuses. I was told that the brown and black string is sold out, yet remains available for purchase from their website even now. And the missing silencers, instead of saying "were sorry, we'll get them out to to ASAP, she wrote, "they will be happy to send them to me WITH MY NEXT ORDER!" I replied asking for them to be sent without any additional order or for a refund. I will continue to update this review until the issue is resolved.
The pre-sale communication and consultation was really very good. I appreciated the quick responses to my questions. Unfortunately the same quality of communication does not continue once the sale has been made. I had a couple of small issues with my order (missing accessory and wrong color of additional Fleming twist string), nothing too big, but I did hope to at the very least get a response from the company. I sent the email using my existing email correspondence chain as well as through the companies contact Web form. Crickets. Too bad because it sours what was otherwise a very good purchasing experience.

I still don't have the arrow.. will not accept them now bought them somewhere else.. starting to think this was a scam. It should not take a month to get arrows no matter the time of year or where they are coming from. Was offered and excuse not a solution.

They redeemed themselves
Dealing with Julia made the experience much better, I purchased a bow from them through Amazon, and what got sent to me had 2 different limbs, and one of them broke after about an hour of use, so I asked them to send me another set of limbs, but they wouldn’t, and after a lengthy run around, the refunded me 70% of the purchase price. Julia directed me to a link to purchase 2 new limbs ( for almost exactly the refund amount) and I purchased them directly from Toparchery, the limbs I received this time are exactly the same as each other but different/better than the first limbs I received, and after using the bow for over an hour, it’s finally everything I thought it would be, a great little practice bow, that will be great to start my kids on :)
Don’t waste your time or money
Made an order over 100$ for my dads birthday. I got multiple items including arrows, a target, quiver, broad heads ect and they only sent out the target, my dads birthday has since past, and the only help I got from customer service was them sending me the tracking info for the target that had already been delivered. I will never be purchasing from this buisness ever again, and I’ll be letting as many people know about their horrendous service.
