Top Knot Reviews

Brilliant service!!! Dress is lovely. Called in the shop to pick up. Jodie is so nice and welcoming.

I dont' normally suit the shorter style dresses, but I took a chance after looking and looking for a nice dress I found the Short Shirred Waist V Neck Dress - Navy......Absolutley gorgoeus, the fit is perfect and the length ( i am 5ft2) is great just below the knee. Withing around 15 mins of ordering it was ready to collect.Perfect!!!! I will be ordering the longer style once its back in stock. Very much recommended.

Ordered a couple of times from here and been to the shop a couple of times too. Really friendly and helpful owner and some great easy wearing styles available. Needed a refund on something I bought online as the colour didn’t suit me, it was no problem at all and I ended up exchanging the item for a lovely bag I spotted in the store. Always keep an eye on the store’s fb page to see what’s new!

Love shopping at Top Knot Jodie always has time for a chat and there’s also new stock coming in weekly 😁

Top Knot is amazing! Their clothes & accessories are unique, beautiful & good quality. They go out of their way to help you any way they can. I live abroad but my mother lives locally near Top Knot & they offered to deliver her Mother’s Day gifts to her personally to her door on a weekend!!!
I often shop in their online store & they ship right to my door abroad!! Love them!!!

Lovely shop miss visiting in person but delivery service is fantastic item arrived next day

Love shopping at Top Knot whether on-line or in person at the shop. Jodie is so very helpful and has managed to source me some items that she didn't have in stock in specific colours. Nothing is too much trouble. She remembers past visits and makes it all a personal experience.

Loving my new bag, fast delivery too ❤

I went into the shop and tried on a few dresses. The owner was really helpful and made my decision easier. Very friendly and nice that it is local. Although I did order online and choose to pick up the options are great. I have my name down for a dress so keeping my fingers crossed that it comes back in stock xx

Prompt delivery to the shop. Really easy to contact Jodie and easy to exchange. Lovely top as well

Ordered what I required and it was ready for collection the following day . Already purchased same thing a few months ago and loved the item

Speedy, efficient, friendly service. Products are lovely too - good quality, reasonable prices and one size which always seems to flatter every shape.
