I had an issue with a Nordic product and the support team was extremely helpful and prompt with their response. I could not have got better service and am very greatful.
A company is only as good as it's back up for it's products or services. TopmaQ helped me work through a pump diagnosis and ultimately will send a replacement pump. My client and I are well pleased... Toon meer

My only quibble has nothing to do with the machine. It gets five stars. But I did not expect it to take seven days to get to me. TopmaQ did well, but the transport companies did not, hence the loss of a star.

Antwoord van TopmaQ
Hi Brad,
Apologies for this. As our business is growing rapidly we have had an overwhelming number of email support requests in the past month and have employed more staff to help with this issue.
We believe a team member has since replied to your query.
We hope this will not affect you in the future.
Great products at great prices
Great products at great prices. They seem to sell identical gear other companies sell with a brand name, but at better prices.

This product surprised me
This product surprised me in its performance and build quality. It is extremely well made and performs flawlessly. The battery life is excellent, even after using the same battery pack on my drill and impact driver before using it on the nail gun. Full marks for this product. PS. I have been most impressed with the entire range of Nordic tools.

Will NEVER buy from TOPMAQ again!!!
Will NEVER buy from TOPMAQ again!!!
Bought lots from these guys in the past at their Hamilton store & great place to buy until you have to return an unused & undamaged item within a couple of days in original packaging with an original receipt.
Bought a pallet jack which looked great in store... Came home & noticed some very poor bird sh..t welds on the undercarriage which looked like an 8 year old had done this and i took some pics.
Took back to the store and NO full refund was offered. They charged me a 10% restocking fee which i have never heard off in my life.
The manager said he could get away with this.
Totally agree but NO chance of any repeat business obviously and extremely poor business practice.
I will tell everyone i know what i think of these clowns & will post the experience & photos on facebook as well. NEVER BUY AT TOPMAQ!!!!
Cheers,
Dirk.
