Horrible experience this people will take your money . Tyler specially this guy is trash

Working with Dylan Schmidt was a blessing he made it possible to get financing and was very easy and quick was upfront with everything...no pressure either made every step comfortable and at ease!

The worst company ever I spoke to Garrett Gauthier who at first I thought was good. I explained to him I am interested in a loan that I can pay off early also told him I want to make monthly payments not more than $2000,lastly I also asked that the taxes for the truck to be included in the loan calculation. Let me just say that I did not get anything I asked for I was paired with Avery bad lender with the worst rating and I am not able to payoff my loan early When I called I was told nothing could be done. I was forced to pay for the truck taxes out of pocket… Please stay away from this company they are the worst they don’t care about you…I am planning to go to court because I did not receive anything I requested for in the loan I was lied to…

I was very surprised about the outcome . Mike Arbor helped me through the entire process and every arisen
problem was dealt with. He laid the ground work for me to get my truck.He help every step of the way.I strongly recommend Mike to anyone that is serious about getting a truck. I'm am very happy with the process and I am a proud truck owner now. Grateful and Blessed

The loan personnel Adam Marshal was super efficient. He was fast, proactive and precise. He made adjustments where needed and forceful when needed to ensure that i got the funds i needed to make the purchase my company wanted. I have dealt with finance companies many times but TopMark truly was Topnotch and Adam Marshal was amazinggggggggg!!!!

This company is total fraud please don’t ever think to buy any thing by this company I want to buy truck from Ryder 5 location I went everywhere they have garbage semi truck top mark charge 7800$ to my credit card and I don’t want truck and they not refunding my money so pls stay away this company

This company is very shady and will tell you whatever it takes to get you to sign their documents. They will push you to sign a LOI and then take your credit card information. Then they charge you 3 upfront payments and change the terms of what they told you over the phone and will force you to take one of their super high interest loans and tell you that “they aren’t keeping your money, just holding it for you” in order to force you to take a loan with them if you want to keep your money. STAY AWAY AT COSTS!!!

They defrauden me. I lost 5k. Told me i would get certain fees back that I paid upfront. When i didnt accept their outrageous loan, I lost out and did not get any of my money back. Stay away from this company

I reported to better business bureau, and it seems this company has quite a few cases open. Am surprised they're still in business and not behind bars

My and husband I had a very positive experience with financing through TopMark Funding. Our finance guy, Geoff Garden went above and beyond our expectations in the whole process of buying our Peterbilt. Geoff kept us both informed every step of the way throughout the whole process. We would recommend anyone looking for financing to give TopMark a try!

I reached out to Top Mark to get financing for a box truck. The process started off fine, got the requested information and was approved for financing. Found a truck and sent the information over to my agent, a gentleman by the name of Brian St. Louis. The response I go back was that they don't do financing for Penske trucks, or at least they wouldn't do it for me, which was a huge surprise since Penske is one of the biggest used truck sellers, and somehow that never came up in conversation previously. So I replied to his email asking what other companies they don't do business with. I didn't get an email back but did get a phone call, and this is where it went downhill. He asked what my question was, and I repeated what was in my email, and his response was, "Well there are a lot of companies we don't work with, like 20 or something, you can't expect me to tell you all of them, that would just be a waste of my time." I commented that Penske was a pretty big one so are there others I should be aware of, or is there a list he could just email me, I just didn't want to waste my time looking at companies they don't work with? He said there was nothing he could send and that I wasn't wasting my time because I only sent him one truck and there are literally thousands for sale. I guess at this point he realized I may be too difficult to work with and then proceeded to say that maybe I would be better suited working with a different financing company. I calmly and politely ended the conversation, but obviously I will not be working with this company.

Or so I thought until I met Tyler Davis. He was introduced to me through Ryder and Tyler saved the day. He was informative and presented a deal that Brian never mentioned. Fast forward two weeks and I own a truck that Tyler helped me to get. Thanks Tyler.

Let me start off by saying this was the BEST and SMOOTHEST process that I have been part of. And I have to give all the credit to Geoff Garden. He always kept in contact and kept me in the loop. From the beginning I felt like he had my best interest at heart. If you looking to finance a truck Top Mark is the best way to go.

Bryan Perry was amazing he help me get my first truck in record time, I had been trying to get a truck for a year and nobody really helped me get it done until bryan came along and got it done in about 10 days. Highly recommend bryan and top mark.
