Over all my experience was good recommend it to any one looking to buy a truck already started spreading the word to people I know

This is my second go with topmark funding. They are up front and honest! Scott and his team are top notch!

Art was very professional and his quality of work was impressive..

1) Why do you need a broker? Google equipment financing and save the money. You're literally paying someone to find you someone else to pay.
2) If you do decide you need to use a broker make sure everything is included in the financing. My TM rep brokered a deal that did not include sales taxes on the tractor I bought and when I went to my local tax collectors office to do the title transfer they asked if I bought a check for $4,000.00 for unpaid taxes. (Sure, I have a piece of equipment that's been sitting now for 3 weeks unable to generate revenue let me just reach down into my deep pockets and get that for you!)
3) If they set you up with Amur understand I wouldn't recommend you use them. They are extremely rigid. Also know that their titling process could take a couple of weeks, the clock started ticking on your contract the moment they received a copy of it from TM and they don't care how long it takes you to put that equipment to work or what your particular circumstances are.

I have given this review much thought and I am trying to be fair and only hold TopMark responsible for what they are responsible for. The mistake of oversight made with the sales tax was that of the broker. It is your responsibility to make sure the deal is done right. You handled all paperwork between the dealer and the finance company and in my opinion should have inquired to the dealer as to the term "IRP exempt" entered on the sales tax line of the sales order. I cannot in good conscience give you a "great or excellent" rating when this a real cost to me that at this point you can do nothing to remedy it.

This place is AWESOME! First time applying for a commercial loan and was approved with no red tape or hassle, it was quick and easy. Thanks to Larry and his fellow co-workers. You guys are the best!!! Will be referring anyone that I know that's in the market to purchase new commercial equipment. "THEY GET IT DONE"(LITERALLY)😀😀😀

Lance Martin was very helpful in my truck purchase. He guided me through all the steps to make this purchase a reality. The process from start to finish was very fast. I would definitely recommend Top Mark funding and I hope to do business again in the near future.

Brendan has been exceptionally on top of all issues before secured me a loan for my truck. He kept me informed throughout my loan process and got me funded me with a week. I'd highly recommend to call Brendan for loan inquiry. Also, Cindy in loan department was super polite and courteous enough took walk me through loan document process.
