Fast service, but I hadn’t news by service, only by recipient

I’m very satisfied. Although I was worried at first, the package was picked up from home and arrived on time. Thank you very much.

I was surprised how easy it is to send a parcel from Spain to Russia! The assistant gave the necessary recommendations before sending and helped me place my order. From Valencia to St. Petersburg, the delivery took 4 weeks (total delivery time from door to door, with weekends, etc.). I am very pleased, and the recipient is happy. Will contact again!

Посылка пришла быстро (примерно за 2 недели). Проблем при доставке не было. Поддержка быстро отвечала на запросы. В целом, очень положительный опыт с этой компанией доставки.

Non sono stati rispettati i tempi di consegna. Ho pagato di più per la consegna veloce in 12 giorni in vece è arrivata in 26 giorni.

I sent documents from Germany to Russia via Topparcel. One month later, the documents have not been delivered. Furthermore, no one knows where they are.

As requested by Topparcel, I dropped off the documents at GLS drop off point with the provided shipment details. Parcel was picked up from there and then disappeared. Since then no news.

I as a customer don't care who lost the documents up the chain – I have paid for the whole delivery. But that's not even the main problem. The main problem is that I had to always contact Topparcel so they do something. It looked like that:

- Hey Topparcel, what's up with my order?
- It has never been delivered to our warehouse
- Could you please ask GLS where it is?
- Yes

Then comes a week of silence. I have to ping them again. I call GLS who tells that a request has been submitted but they wait for some info from Topparcel still.

The last time I took contact I explained in detail how important those documents are and that I at least need to know if the documents are there and can still come or they are lost

"We have forwarded your message to our German colleagues". In the meanwhile, German colleagues haven't reached out to me ever since and it's been more than a week now. Again

One positive thing compared to other reviews about Topparcel was that the customer support did answer more or less quickly. Usually the communication was not good enough (or missing completely) when it came down to the German part

Prezzi relativamente bassi, sito fatto bene ed intuitivo. Spedizione arrivata a Kaliningrad in 3 settimane, quindi pure molto veloce.
Unico neo sono i partner scelti per le spedizioni locali, non sempre affidabili (sopratutto TNT), ma non è una pecca del servizio

К сожалению, посылка была утеряна через 2 недели после отправки. Сервис и обслуживание ДО потери прекрасные ... Но далее потребовалось 5 месяцев нервотрёпки, чтоб наконец признать отправление утерянным. Увы, мой опыт отрицательный.

Пользовался первый и последний раз. Никто кроме них в РФ посылки не принимает. Рассчитывайте на 25€ за килограмм из UK/IRL и возможный развод на деньги в процессе. В моем случае обнаружили разницу в размерах на 1 см и перевес 0.5кг. при этом взяли ,как за килограмм. Спорить бесполезно

Не рекомендую пользоваться службой Topparcel! Моя посылка пришла в офис Topparcel и на этом всё,забрали себе посылку и деньги за пересылку! На звонки и сообщения не отвечают уже 3 месяца! Компенсации никакой нет.

Good service when everything goes well. Terrible when something goes wrong. Completely inappropriate responses, no admission of responsibility. Above all, they do not say whether your problems will be solved or avoided in the future. We make several shipments with excellent results most of the time. But like this last time, the shipment arrived outside the maximum time stated at the time of purchasing the service, about three times the time it normally takes. The package went through customs in a country that is not the destination country (clearly a carrier error) and then was sent back to the right country. For assistance, no errors! When we prepare a shipment, we scrupulously adhere to the limitations imposed by the carrier and the customs of the destination country. Sending goods to other countries could lead to an infringement not wanted by us with probable damages, seizures or sanctions. You should take your customers' reports into serious consideration in order to avoid similar risks a priori. Instead, your assistance sends everything back to the sender as if this were normal!!!
