Horrible, designed to make you feel bad, I score 50/50 on all other services and fail horribly on theirs I think it's designed that way to make you want to pay them to learn.I got 35 out on multiple choice also the most questions are different

I passed my theory test today! This was a very helpful product. I paid for the month long package and spent as much time as possible going through it all thoroughly... having to isolate probably helped. The hazard perception could have been a bit more similar to the real thing, but still very useful.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here within a 6 month gap.
This is genuinely a very clean and quiet place to stay.
The location is fantastic, the public transport is almost every minute.
The prices are great and the staff are extremely friendly, from the moment you check in to the moment you check out they make you feel like the valued customer you are.
Thank you guys and girls, I will be back.

I found this website extremely helpful when preparing for my Car theory test. It was a good tool to back up the learning I was doing with the Highway Code. Would totally recommend this to anyone studying for their Theory Test

The hazards perception part didn’t work for me . It’s shame because if you pay ,you expect all parts you are paying for to work .But otherwise the rest was good practice

I passed! - Would definitely recommend changing or working on the hazard perception part however as I always got 0 points on this one but when I used other practice websites, and in the actual test I scored nearly full points

Was very good and had very similar questions to the actual test. The hazard perception should be updated though as they now use animated video clips instead of just footage from a dash camera.

I couldn't contact toptests so I created a trustpilot review. Sure enough, they got back to me, thanks.
The only trouble was, they told me I was a liar because I said my reciept had no contact details. The one I had and showed them certainly didn't. The one they sent me immediately after their reply to my complaint did. So I wasn't lying, I just didn't get the right one until I complained.
The problem now is that we still don't have access.
The gift subscription was never recieved, yet they tell me it was. Not sure how they know this, but if they can see that email in my wife's inbox, then it'd be good if they could point it out (rather than calling me a liar a second time).
It's not a great way to start any business relationship, so I think their customer service isn't really helpful.
I mean, how is calling me a liar twice, yet still not giving me access of any help?
Would you want to deal with a company who responds in this way.
Oh, and while they say an email is on the site. Yes it is, but they don't ever answer them (to my experience anyway).
Also, they say their phone number is on their about us page. They dont actually declare an about us page on their site, but they do have one called who we are or something like that. It doesn't have any phone number on there that I can see either, just addresses and that email again that is seemingly never answered.
So for me, I feel this is not great. My wife feels it is not to be trusted given our experience and questionable customer support, so buyer beware. I'm not happy.

I am still busy with the programme. It is excellently designed, simple to follow, encouraging and fun.
As a mode of instruction it works well, with opportunities to review wrongly answered questions, and obtain feedback on one's answers.
Moreover, it has successfully taken the driest subject in the world, which everyone thinks they already know (and actually don't) and transforms the material into learnable, assimilable modules.
Highly recommended.
