Arwind is a lovely guy who comes across as a watch enthusiast who happens to also sell watches!

He’s a bit of a Zenith expert particularly for vintage/neo vintage pieces. I was happy to purchase from his shop because of his reputation and I am sure will visit again in the future. As they say, always buy the seller and you are in safe hands here.

Arwind is a genuine watch enthusiast, a great guy to deal with and very fair and reasonable with his dealings. He has great taste in vintage watches and a great website with excellent photos to allow confidence in buying a watch. Having bought 2 and working thru a 3rd, I can say that the watches received look better than the photos. Truly very satisfied with my dealings and will be a regular buyer.

I visited Arwind at Tortoise watches last week to peruse his amazing selection of vintage pieces. I’d seen them online and wasn’t disappointed in person. A really interesting stock of timepieces.
Arwind, and his assistant Soli, were even more friendly and accommodating than I’d heard they would be. They couldn’t be more helpful and there was no sales pressure at all.
I was struggling to find a vintage watch I liked that looked big enough on my 8“wrists, so Arwind suggested a brand new stickered and boxed, just 2 weeks out of the AD Tudor Black Bay 68 that he’d just taken in. It’s a watch I’ve been admiring, and although not vintage, is vintage inspired, so didn’t clash with his stock. I thought about it over the weekend, and as the price was the best I could find online anywhere, decided I wanted it. I couldn’t get up to London for a few days, but Arwind was more than happy to take a 10% deposit, and I then collected and settled up 3 days later.
I’m really happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arwind and Tortoise Watches to any prospective watch purchaser.

Sold a watch to them. Very friendly, easy to deal with, offered me a good price and honest. The watch box was checked and a ring had been left inside. This was found and immediately given back to me. Superb service would happily buy from them or sell to them again.
