I was very impressed with all aspects of this company and product.
The customer service was excellent. Very prompt replying to emails. I dealt with Lee. He was very helpful.
I sprayed the ceiling of the container with no problems, It all went well. It was easier than expected.
It did seem like a lot of product but i went over it all again to use it up as instructed.
All of the ‘how to’ videos were very useful.
I would definitely recommend hiring a space heater to dry it when applying it in winter. I started with a couple of electric blow heaters but they weren’t doing anything. I borrowed a space heater and it worked a treat.

The company doesn’t have a telephone number published to call with questions.
But mainly the paint hopper is designed for vertical surfaces, yet I bought a product for spraying a container ceiling. The hopper was not fit for use. I’d really recommend not buying the hopper from them. I can’t yet comment on the product, it’s still drying, but I’d also say there was wayyyyy too much product. After adding enough water to make the right consistency, I could have almost sprayed two containers. If I’d have put it on any thicker to use it all up as the instruction states, the product would have been coming off in drips.

After the initial quotation was received, there was a bit of delay organising the delivery to a restricted site, but ultimately it went well and the haulier was fantastic.
The container was as expected, and overall, it's all good.
