Great company, fast delivery

They had what I needed and sent it promptly at a good price

Be aware if you are buying the home cholesterol system that, although the analyzer's box and advertising says that it measures cholesterol, HDL, and triglycerides, the company discontinued manufacturing the strips that measured these. So all you can measure is total cholesterol. I pointed this out to customer service, who didn't seem to care. So don't believe the packaging, you'd better call the manufacturer directly to make sure you're getting the product you need.

You no longer sell the test strips I’ve ordered for years.
Now you’re pushing a new meter and strips. So I ordered it ( against my better judgement) and when it came in there wasn’t even a needle in it.
Won’t be ordering from them again.

I received my bulk needles in 3 days. I was confused by something on the receipt about auto renew but I was able to quickly speak with someone in customer service. She was super nice and helpful and told me it was just telling me an offer to save 5%, not an actual plan to auto renew. I received all my items via FedEx. Thanks guys!!

The worst experience ever! I ordered these for injectable cosmetic procedures, where precision and accurate dosing of every unit are extremely important. According to the specifications, the syringes are supposed to have excellent clarity, but in reality, they are TERRIBLE!

I ordered BD Embecta Ultra Fine Insulin Syringes – 30G 1/2cc 1/2” (BX 90 × 3).

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is the worst thing that could happen to you—stay away!

Paid $50 for overnight shipping yesterday, still not shipped. Very disappointed.

I ordered on a Friday night (August 1), their website states, "Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.” On Wednesday, I emailed them asking to cancel my order since it hasn’t shipped yet. Nathalie replied and stated the order “is being shipped” and can’t be canceled, but that I can reject the order once received. They did not ship until Friday, August 8 (a full week later). I recieved my package on August 14. Not sure how I am supposed to reject the package when USPS left it in my mailbox? So I yelled, "I reject this package!” but no one was there and I received no refund. LOL. Ok, so my package was super late AND the package arrived completely open. I’m surprised nothing was missing. I will not be ordering from this company again. I just re-ordered with ADW Diabetes and they shipped next day, as promised.

I ordered supplies in January 2025. It is February 26 and I still do not have the package.
I have contacted them several times requesting a complete refund but have not gotten a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I have ordered from this company in the past, however this last time I ordered with plenty of supplies to last me, as it normally did not take long to come in. I ordered on January 2nd and I am still waiting for my supplies as of the 12th. I sat on hold all day on Friday, got hung up on multiple times, sent several emails on top of that. The email I finally DID recieve explained nothing to me, in fact this person that "helped" me (could barely comprehend their English) seemed to have claimed that I have a tracking number on file (which I do not) and no further help was given. With it being the weekend I am now screwed over thanks to this company and have to wait until Monday to try contacting anyone further. I am now down to my last insertion device for my diabetic pump, and I am fighting to get an answer. At this point I am about to file a claim with PayPal and try finding somewhere else to ordee from. Once I would have recommended this company, but going forward absolutely not. Terrible customer service, completely unacceptable.

Placed an order within their normal shipping terms. When I called, order hadn't shipped, leaving me to be without my pen needles for my insulin. They offered no help or sympathy. Diabetics need Insulin. Without pen needles we can't take insulin. NEVER AGAIN AS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DIDN'T CARE.

Horrible experience from start to finish! Let me first say I specifically ordered from them because they used UPS verses FedEx as packages with my normal supplier were being delayed by FedEx due to weather. So I order by their cut off time for NEXT DAY shipping paying nearly $60 to do so only for them to tell me hours later that they can't verify my address & it won't go out until next business day (& therefore I would be waiting over the weekend now until MONDAY for the package)! I let them know how upset I was being I ordered before the cut off time for shipping & so they then decided to go through FedEx WITHOUT TELLING ME (UNTIL THEY HAD ALREADY DONE SO). I'm not sure if they did this because FedEx has a longer time window for dropping off packages for next day shipping, or because through FedEx my address is verifiable, but either way my package was going to be stuck in transit for God knows how long... defeating the entire purpose of me ordering from them to begin with!!! At the time I was already waiting for x2 other packages from my usual supplier, who is also located in Florida as this company & who always uses FedEx for overnight packages. I wasn't originally concerned about THIS supplier being located in Florida BECAUSE they state all over their website they use UPS for overnight packages, which they absolutely did not do. As luck would have it, the weather cleared up enough that the package moved overnight as it was supposed to & made it to the mail facility as it was supposed to. However, due to whatever technical error the mail facility made, my package did not actually go out for delivery the day it was supposed to, regardless of the fact that it had made it to the mail facility early morning & in time to be delivered. So regardless, it was delayed & I still had to wait over the weekend until Monday for actual delivery. The good thing about FedEx Express is whenever they don't get deliver on time they will refund the shipper, which has happened a few times over the past so many years I've been ordering through my usual supplier. And my usual supplier ALWAYS passes that shipping cost refund onto me. When I wrote to Total diabetes supply about the FedEx guarantee, letting them know it wasn't a weather delay at the point it was delayed & that they can apply for the shipping refund, they responded immediately saying they wouldn't be refunding the shipping cost to me because it was delayed Due to weather... Which after all said & done, according to tracking it ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT delayed due to weather!! I do expect someone in this company if not the company itself is pocketing this shipping charge that FedEx returns under their express guarantee. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Total Diabetes Supply does NOT honor the shipping cut off time let alone do they use the shipping provider they claim they use on their website. It's impossible to call & talk to someone, you have to leave a voicemail every time & wait for their call back. And they do not refund your shipping costs even when it's possible for them to be fully refunded! If you want the same supplies at a CHEAPER COST, go through AMERICAN DIABETES WHOLESALE!!! They actually honor their stated cut off time for shipping orders, they use the shipping provider their website says they use & they ALWAYS refund the customer the shipping cost when FedEx cannot deliver on time under the express guarantee! Its a no brainier- don't get severely disappointed & ripped off like I did by Total Diabetes Supply...

I have had a need for Nova Max Plus Ketone test strips and had great difficulty finding them in Denmark, where I am living. I could buy them, but at excessively high prices prices in Denmark. Amazon in Germany and Amazon in the UK also sell these test strips, but they refused to ship to Denmark.
I found Total Diabetes Supply by chance on the internet. Ordered my Test strips and was really impressed by their positive friendly attitude. The strips were mailed to me the same day that they were ordered and I was kept informed as to the order status.
Unfortunately, the package was delayed somewhere and hadn't arrived after one month had passed. I emailed Total Diabetes Supply and without hesitation they shipped a new package to me the same day that I wrote the email. Actually I hadn't expected them to react so quickly. I've informed them that the first package had arrived one day after I had emailed them and that if it was too late to stop the 2nd shipment I was willing to pay for it.
I have found their service to be absolutely excellent and will move all my orders that I can to them and also will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for diabetes supplies.
