The service is terrible. The responses from customer service are making unrealistic representations about delivery times. I waited for 2 months for one tiny item that was coming from the UK to Europe. Two months! I was told it would take 7 days. I mean that's a joke. Customer service responds as if they are robots, not really taking into consideration what the customer is saying and not providing any solutions. Pathetic. This type of online shopping experience is what makes consumer confidence in online shopping very weak.

I recently ordered some seat covers from Amazon and thru them I discovered Totally Covers. I dont know about the rest of these reviews but I am very picky especially when it comes to my car. I wish more. Company's took care of their clients like" totally covers" did for me.
After I placed my order some one called me to verify my yr car model and make so they could make sure what i got fit. Great customer service After the phone call i received one more verifying the model because the car had 2 type models. Again great customer service I was estatic that a company would go to such precise lengths to make sure I received the right hot pink seat covers. Then the quality of workmanship right down to the seat latch cut outs. Good strong material and very well made I was as impressed as hell that they actually got it right and they fit like a glove. Quality material and expert workmanship and shipping was fast. Thank you so much Totally Covers you deserve a 10 star review for taking such care in my order for my 2008 Saturn Sky. Anyone reading this should only chose Totally covers because they have you covered!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new seat covers. They are beautiful, sturdy and make my car happy. The price imo was a steal for the quality of the covers. Best seat covers I’ve ever had.

We ordered seat covers for our new Dodge Ram..we ordered the 1 piece set (head rest and seat cover all in one). Order seemed easy, but when we received our order over 2 weeks later, they had shipped the 2 piece set (head rest separate from the seat cover). We reached out to Totally Covers and they confirmed what we ordered was not what they shipped but had to review with their resolution specialist. We receive an email saying that the resolution specialist team decided that they ones they shipped were best for our truck. I replied saying, but that isn't what we ordered or wanted. Next email from them stated that the team stands behind their original decision and if we wanted to return, we would have to pay the shipping and 20% restocking fee!! BEWARE....THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE WHAT THEIR CLIENTS ORDER...THEY WILL SHIP WHAT THEY HAVE READY IN STOCK IS ALL I CAN FIGURE. If you don't mind someone making the decision for you, then you might be happy with this company. We're VERY disappointed and sadly, we're going to order another set for our son, but will look elsewhere and I be sure to read all reviews prior. Update, April 2024: Not only poor Customer service, but poor quality! One of the head covers is ripped as well a hold in one if the seat covers! Definitely would not recommend this company! Buyers beware!

We just received our custom made seat covers for our RV. They look perfect and fit great and even match our decor. Next time we need seat covers they are our go to seat cover store !

Very disappointed in quality of printing which was blurred. I supplied a file which Totally Covers then made some changes to but at no stage did they say if the file size was too small. A quick quality check before it was sent out would have confirmed this. Tried to resolve by asking for a re-print or re-fund but all I got was an email to say the print quality was normal. Might be fine for a member of the public but not good enough for a business wanting a professional result.
