Five stars?? it’s not enough for these people. I know they have closed their doors but I still wanted to comment. Outstanding high-grade quality products and unmatched customer service. On average, I placed an order here every 2 to 3 weeks for five years. Not once was there a problem with my order. Never a mistake with the wrong items sent and on the rare chance that I received a defective item, a new one was sent immediately...with an apology. No questions asked, no hassle – nothing (Element Vape...are you listening??).
If you ever attempt another business venture I would be happy to support you.

I had NEVER, in my 45 years of life, had a relationship with a company that takes such pride in how their customers are treated until I was introduced to TOTALLY WICKED!

For years they have been my go to site for DIY flavorings. Great quality, consistency, pricing and value. Shipping is fast and the couple of times I have needed customer service they were polite and helpful. I have enjoyed doing business with them for many years. Would recommend to everyone.

I really liked to order stock from your company. I started with you around five years ago and have not smoked a cigarette since (after 35 years a smoker). I am really sorry that you will no longer operate in the U.S. I hope the new place will work out for me since I have only used Red Label e-liquid.
