Toulston Music is a live music management company and session fixing agency based in London and Yorkshire, providing professional musicians for projects across the UK. We specialise in three main areas: live music for events, commercial session fixing, and artist representation. For our event work, we programme and manage live music tailored to the space and the crowd. We work directly with the UK's top classical and jazz concert musicians to ensure our customers receive the absolute best quality music possible for their events. Lineups include string quartets, solo violinists and cellists, jazz bands, solo pianists, harpists, and often custom ensembles. Whether the event is a private party, a huge corporate gathering, or even a wedding, we handle the musical direction from start to finish. We also provide a bespoke arrangement service, creating custom sheet music so our players can perform highly specific client requests. Toulston also fixes session players for film scores, television soundtracks, record tracking, and commercial advertising campaigns. We partner with media composers and production companies to source the exact instrumentalists required for a given brief. We manage the entire pipeline internally, handling everything from sheet music preparation and scheduling to on-site session coordination. Our roster is equipped for traditional in-person studio dates as well as remote tracking. Alongside our event and studio work, we represent a select roster of classical and jazz artists. We manage their creative projects and concert appearances, supporting dedicated performers who are recognised leaders in their field. Working daily in active artist management allows us to maintain a deep connection to the performing arts sector, elevating the standard of musicianship across our entire agency. While we operate from our primary bases in London and Yorkshire, our musicians travel nationwide. We regularly supply talent to leading venues and recording spaces throughout York, Leeds, Manchester, and the Home Counties.
