Our driver was fantastic - couldn’t do enough for us and stopped off on journeys only to return with food and surprise snacks with us.
The camp in Wadi Rum was fantastic and we had an amazing experience.
Petra is everything you want it to be and more!

Ordered a private transfer as my flight was arriving in the early morning and I am a solo female traveller. No communication, unable to phone their number and no driver. I have had to order a Uber.

Don’t use this company as the communication is none existent and they are a fraud.

Amazing team who combine a range of their choice tours into a bespoke package that was right for us (limited mobility). The guide and driver were knowledgeable, reliable, very friendly and flexible never letting us down and meeting every destination and appointment.

The experience was great and definitely worth having it. We booked online a 2 day tour from Amman to Wadi Rum and Petra. Our driver, Bashar, was present at the meeting point on time and made our journey great with his stories about the places and Jordan itself. Never been to a desert before and Wadi Rum surprised me in a very good way. 10/10 would recommend Jordan and the tour to anyone.

The sights were very impressive, the driver was punctual, we felt safe with his driving throughout the long journeys. However this tour could easily be improved. Given the overall cost, a snack could have been provided to everyone on day one, by the time we reached Wadi Rum @ 1530, after a four plus hours journey we were all hungry and dinner was served at 1930. The meal provided at the Sandstone Restaurant in Petra was awful. Poor quality, average service and no choice and I am sure you could do much better. At the beginning of the tour the two groups of two took separate taxis to the Ramada where no-one was staying. I asked beforehand if we could be picked up at our own hotels, the Marriott and Holiday Inn respectively and this request was refused. It got the tour off to a bad start as this was completely unnecessary given the tour numbers.

We had a great time on the Petra/Wadi rum 2 day (1 night) tour. Very little to fault at all.

Seemed thoroughly organised and our driver was great (Ahmad).

Minor quibbles: could have potentially provided lunch on day 1 as it was a long time to go without food until dinner in camp. Although we were told to bring snacks. (Which we did).

It would have also been nice to have been give a choice at lunch on day 2 in the restaurant at Petra as we were just given a pile of food that I wouldn’t particularly rate too highly.

I also wouldn’t recommend the star gazing experience at wadi rum as this was expensive and not as spectacular as expected.

Other than this… everything else was EXCELLENT! Wadi rum is incredible. Camp is amazing. The Bedouin tent is fabulous. The sights and scenery is breathtaking. Petra is something I’ll remember forever.

A busy couple of days but well worth it!

We booked for the 3 day Petra/Wadi Rum tour. Starting in the Dead Sea. As it was low season, our tour only included one other couple whom we quickly became aquatinted and jointly enjoyed the excursions. Low season however that is an absolutely wonderful time to visit if you can tolerate the slightly cooler temperatures, layers of clothing and much smaller crowds at the locations. The Jordanians were very happy to see us and it enhanced our travel memories tremendously.

The only advice I would provide is that the meeting place in Dead Sea was initially a big concerning as hotel lobby staff wasn't familiar with the tour starting there however in a few minutes our guide arrived and the fun started!

I booked for the 6 day Jordan tour. I was the only person who booked and the company provided me with personal tour at no additional cost. Could not ask more than that. also my driver arranged for me to be made additional visits e.g. to Bethany, which were not on the itinerary.

The only advice I would give if I was planning this tour would be to include Bethany on the trip down to the Dead Sea and only have one night at the Dead Sea and replace the second night with one night at Petra. The time at Petra was too short.

Petra Day Tour was cancelled late the night before the tour should have started, given a matter of hours notice. Refund was not processed in time for us to be able to book another tour so we impacted us financially due to this and nearly made it impossible to visit Petra, our reason for visiting the country so far from home in the first place. The reason we were given for the cancellation was ‘risk of war and unsettlement in the area’ which was not the case at all. After chasing it up we were finally told the real reason was due to a lack of participants. If this was the case, I booked months in advanced so why cancel the tour a matter of hours before it began. Completely frustrating. Also, snorkelling tour was advertised to visit a beach club after the snorkel which was not the case at all. Misleading

I used Tourist Jordan for a quick 3-day trip to Jordan. They provided an early morning transfer from AMM to Wadi Rum (about 4 hours); organized a private Wadi Rum jeep tour; organized a private Petra tour; and provided a transfer from Wadi Rum to Amman and then Amman to AMM. Our driver (Mostafa) was friendly, helpful, and flexible as we changed some plans last minute.

My wife and I booked a one day private tour to Petra and Wadi Rum from the Dead Sea and it was a great trip. Long day but well worth it. Our driver was very good and he picked out a good tour guide for us in Petra. Wadi Rum was also quite the experience and we had another good guide there. I don’t understand the negative reviews on communication and refunds. The company was quick to respond to any questions I had and also, after I had realized that I should have deleted the Petra entrance fees from my booking (my wife and I had bought JordanPass which is totally the way to go), the company arranged for the driver to provide me with a cash refund. Jordan is being hit hard by lower tourism owing to the Israeli war and this company is doing its best under challenging conditions. I highly recommend.

AVOID!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! NO REFUND FOR CANCELLED TOURS
I had booked a 3 day tour with this company starting in Amman and finishing in Aqaba, less than a week before my tour is due to leave they cancel the tour due to a lack of people, they sent an email stating this and confirming a full refund. After waiting some time for the refund and not receiving it, I sent an email asking for an update to which they replied that the refund is still pending. In the meantime of my tour being cancelled, I had booked an alternative tour with a different company, this tour also unfortunately was cancelled but within 2 days of cancellation I received the refund from the other company. I sent an additional email chasing the refund and have been ignored, I tried an alternative way of contacting through their website to which I received an automated response email saying that they will be in contact soon but in the meantime look at their website at all of their guaranteed tour departures, it has been several days since that automated reply and I am yet to receive an email, update or refund of any kind.

AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT book with this company, just one week before My tríp starts, they canceled it.
It suposse because there were enough people for a grupal tour.
It's been heardly one month and i don't have the refund yet.

The Tour Jordan team was incredible and extremely accommodating to my special requests. From the pick up to drop off, Majid was there to make sure the entire journey went without a hitch. Definitely want to return and will always work with Rawan and the team. Until next time.

Do NOT use Tourist Jordan. The night before my tour was to begin, a Sunday night, I received an email at 20:00 stating that Tourist Jordan could not accommodate the tours scheduled on day #2 and days #4-5 which was Petra and Wadi Rum because they did not have enough people sign up. For an additional $108 and $188 they could do a private tour. The customer service number was an area code in New York, USA. A seven hour time difference plus offices would be closed on a Sunday evening. I sent an email. A response was not received until 10:00 on Monday. Finally a phone call followed. I stood at the baggage pick up in Amman, Jordan airport discussing this problem with Tourist Jordan. Actually I spend 1.5 hours in the Amman airport waiting to figure out what to do since part of my package was the hotel room for my stay in Jordan. I wanted to cancel the entire tour since Tourist Jordan could not accommodate 50% of what was scheduled. I was informed they require 30 day notice. Bruno, a supervisor, called me to remind me of the terms of the tour. When I questioned the situation he abruptly hung up on me. I was stuck using Tourist Jordan. The first tour required me to take a taxi from the hotel that was part of the package to a different hotel for pickup. I was the only person being picked up from that hotel. The driver/guide was from Jordan Experience. He was great. It seems that Tourist Jordan takes the bookings then farms them out to other companies. Jordan Experience was wonderful. Contact them instead.

Great Company. They were very professional and on time and were accommodating with things when I requested a change. Please get pricing in writing ahead of time. My driver Mostafa was very polite, helpful and always on time. Please consider this company for your Jordan travels.

All-inclusive style experience, you have the opportunity to see all the main things of Jordan. Great driver even though he didn’t speak English.

Booked and paid for Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Jericho from Amman - 2 Day Tour, for the end of October 2023. The war started and couldn't go in the war zone. We were promised most of the refund minus 5% and still waiting and not sure if we will ever get the refund. Not easy to get reply from them and checking what other options are available. Not a happy customer.
