We recently completed an amazing family trip to Vietnam with Tour On Holidays, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I made several changes to our itinerary during the planning stage, and every request was handled promptly and exactly the way I wanted. Their flexibility and attention to detail gave me confidence that our trip was in good hands.

What impressed me the most was their support throughout the journey. They helped us with web check-ins, travel coordination, and were always available to answer our countless questions. No query was too small, and every concern was addressed with kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic team effort by TourOn! They organized a wonderful trip to Japan for our family of 17, spanning different age groups, and every one of us came back happy with the experience.

The itinerary was quite packed. We wanted to cover as much as possible, but it was well planned.

I love how they have processes in place, all tickets were in common folders and they had common groups for information flow.

A special thank you to the team for your prompt follow-ups and support throughout the journey, despite the time difference. Your responsiveness gave us great confidence and peace of mind.

One suggestion for future trips would be to consider making a guide a mandatory option. Due to the language barrier, it can be quite challenging to understand local information, navigate certain situations, and fully appreciate the cultural context. Having a dedicated guide throughout would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We were a family of 17, ranging from 6 months to 70+ years, planning a trip from the US, Canada, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. We just dreamed of a peaceful and fun vacation in Japan — and Touron made it all possible.

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was smooth, and the road team back in Japan who managed the cars was the best highlight of our trip. They were prompt, helpful, and did their best to make our trip a success.

Special thanks to Vignesh at the Bangalore office for his meticulous planning and constant support, and he did the best possible job for our group. Everything was meticulously planned, he was always available for any queries, and he handled everything wonderfully. The customer relations team also did a fabulous job!

Travelled to Swiss and Paris. This was our first Europe trip and touron made sure that everything was smooth. Vikas, the head of the organisation is amazing and his attention to details is impeccable. He has a very active team assisting him with things and who is proactive and helpful.

First and Foremost the TourOn Coordinator Ms.Krithika Jayagopi is an excellent Coordinator who handled the trip flawlessly .
Though as customer I had lot of expectations...I must say she exceeded them all despite me being unreasonable at times.

Secondly Subarna ji made the day to day travel very comfortable by giving us heads up with Driver details upfront and made sure we were comfortable.

These two women deserve an appreciation for their commendable coordination

The stay at Chikkamagaluru and Coorg was really good. And the entire trip was amazing the team was very cooperative and attended us to our needs. The only thing which we missed to see but we could have seen is the Halebeedu Temple, other than that everything was excellent. Thank you so much to the team and the driver for this trip and for making it as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

Mr.Vikas had Organised our Japan itinerary for 15 days. We had such a wonderful experience all over the days.
Everything was planned and arranged perfectly—from travel and accommodations to local site seeing and experiences. Miss. Sindhu from operation team coordinated very well and arranged ticket bookings as per our requirements.

Overall, we had a good experience with the tour. The team was responsive, caring, and kept us updated daily throughout the trip. Special thanks to tour coordinator Jagatheshwari for being very obliging and supportive.

Only the disappointment is that the Havelock resort was changed from the original itinerary, and the replacement resort lacked cleanliness and hospitality with a long check-in wait.Dont know is it the fault from local tour manager from Andaman. The receptionist at the Neil resort was also quite arrogant.
Apart from this, the trip was well managed and memorable.😊

The beauty of Vietnam is difficult to describe in words — breathtaking mountains, peaceful lakes, centuries-old culture, smiling people, and a calmness that quietly heals you from within.

What made this journey even more memorable was the way TOURON organised everything with absolute perfection.

Right from the airport pickup in Hanoi, every transfer, every tour, every hotel check-in, every timing, and every coordination was handled so seamlessly that we never had to worry about anything. In today’s world where travel can sometimes become stressful, TOURON made the entire experience feel effortless.

✨ Day 1 in Hanoi was magical — exploring the Temple of Literature, the energy of the Old Quarter, the peaceful Hoan Kiem Lake, the beautiful cyclo ride through the busy streets, and ending the evening with the traditional Water Puppet Show. Hanoi has a soul of its own.

✨ Halong Bay was beyond beautiful. Staying overnight on the Aurora Cruise felt surreal. Waking up surrounded by limestone mountains and calm emerald waters is something I will never forget. Nature truly shows its finest art there.

✨ Ninh Binh was another masterpiece. The landscapes looked unreal — rivers flowing through mountains, ancient temples, and greenery everywhere. It felt peaceful, spiritual, and deeply grounding.

The hotels selected were comfortable, elegant, and perfectly located. The guides were polite, knowledgeable, and extremely warm. The drivers were punctual and professional throughout the journey.

But more than luxury or sightseeing, what stood out was the care and attention to detail.

Travel becomes beautiful not only because of the destination, but because of the people who make the journey smooth, stress-free, and memorable.

Thank you to the entire TOURON team for creating such a well-organised and heartfelt experience. Every moment felt thoughtfully planned, and every day carried a new memory.

Took my first international solo trip to Thailand and I trusted TourOn for the tour services. From the beginning till the end of the trip, their team kept checking on me regularly, which made me feel comfortable and supported as a solo traveller.
Planning and itinerary were good and thoughtfully curated. They balanced the trip really well. Day tours were enjoyable and well organised, while also giving me 4 leisure days to explore on my own at my own pace, which I absolutely loved.

We went to Thailand via "touron" .More comfortable arrangements and very flexible planning in order to comply with the needs of tourists and I surely recommend to others.very friendly team and never say no for atleast 99.5 percent if we ask outside the package and reasonable pricing and worth for the kind of hotel they provide. You won't question the pricing by seeing the quality and cars they arrange.

Me and my wife went to Andaman through tour on for a get away our point of contact Abirami diligently worked with us closely to understand our requirements and tailored the trip accordingly from the start of the trip till we returned everything we're taken care by the tour on team.
