I would literally give zero stars if I could.
Ordered 12/07/26 - told 3-5 business days for dispatch. Wanted the items for 20/07 but no sign so emailed to cancel order 19/07. Request ignored “we are so busy, please be patient”
NO - I wanted these for a specific date as I was going on holiday, just cancel it and refund. Ignored.
Out for delivery 23/07 - I’m not even in the country, so can’t accept the delivery, AND THEN it gets delivered god knows where - certainly not my house.
I, like everyone else, foolishly trusted the advert due to the This Morning inclusion. What mugs we all are!
I’ve raised a dispute with my bank as trying to communicate with this company is like talking to a brick wall.

SCAM ordered 3 items no branding at all 2 do not work sent of loads of emails with no reply over 14 days the reviews on the web site are all fake please do not order

I bought the cooling towels and the fan after an impulse purchase on Facebook where This Morning segment was used in an ad. I started seeing adverts for other chinese companies using the same segment and started to panic thinking I had been ripped off and checked trust pilot which I thought confirmed my fears! I emailed asking for a refund and to cancel the order but they replied 2 days later saying it was already shipped. The shipping information never updated which didn't help reassure me! The fan turned up just over a week after ordering and is good quality. The towels turned up today approximately 18 days after ordering- I have tested them and they work well and how I expect them to. However they are not Towelnado and I can buy two of these on amazon for the price of one from Towelnado. They are Cool Power.

Due to the bad reviews, I resigned myself to not receiving the towels so bought some Sukeen ones from Amazon in the meantime (I now have 6 towels, far too many). I can confirm that the Cool Power ones work just the same and I prefer the holding case of these ones (hard shell rather than a plastic pouch). Now I need the heatwave to return so I can get some use out of them all.

Happy with product, but not branded and can buy cheaper on Amazon.

Sent temu cheap alternatives don’t buy

When purchasing this product it was advertised as next day shipping from a UK warehouse. The item I received is NOT Towelnado branded, and can be bought more cheaply from many other suppliers. The order actually took more than 2 weeks to reach me. Misleading advertising and poor supplier.

SCAM - This is not official Towelnado.
Received cool towels.
Absolute rubbish. Have emailed for a refund - however unlikely to hear a response from previous reviews !

They use Evri for shipping
Fake chinese garbage, a wet rag works in exactly the same way - Return refused once 'used' but that's the only way to find out it's all BS

Update 28/07/26: I received a small refund following complaining to them so have revised my review to remove the word scam and given an extra star. Still do not recommend though.

Slow delivery and as review yesterday by Donna... exactly same. Very disappointed this is not a TowelNado product as advertised. Will not use again and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolute scam, cheap knock offs arrive. I think the 3 5 star reviews they’ve got were done by themselves as they all say Fantastic!!

Ordered because I saw the video from This Morning and they were saying how amazing this was, and we were entering another heatwave. I was happy with the price etc and I read comments online with lots of happy reviews. Almost a week later, no movement on delivery. I emailed the company to ask if there is something wrong with my order and no response. I just have a feeling about this now, which lead me to looking on here. I was already wondering if this is a scam and now I’ve just read all of these reviews. Nothing about the website says about coming from china. I nearly ordered from amazon for next day delivery but the tv clip sold me. I feel like this is a scam company and I would have expected my package to have been at least dispatched by now. I even went into the order to see if I could cancel my purchase (like you can on Amazon if it’s not been dispatched yet). And you can’t.

Absolutely disgusting it's not even a towelnado it's a scam and you can buy these from til tok shop for £2.43 and eBay. I was so excited to receive this, and it was a cheap china knock off. Asked for a refund and I'll buy elsewhere trusted this as on GMTV.

This is a scam. Not TowelNado at all (if this even exists) you just get the same unbranded thing you can get on amazon for half the price just search “cool power, cool towel”. Thats what you get after 2 weeks of waiting. They just order it, mark up the price and it’s sent from china. TOWELNADO DOESNT EXCIST AND ITV SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

Product comes from china and isn’t what is advertised. Had to contact bank to get a refund.

Delivered from China so took a wee bit longer than expected and isn't the branded product as advertised. Unsure if it meets expectations or if it's just as good as a damp towel right now

Ordered two towels on 29 May and still not here on 12 June. Emailed company on 9 June and no reply. Two weeks for delivery is simply not acceptable!

I just ordered 2 took forever to arrive. The product i received wasnt even Towelnado Branded. Was Branded Cool Towel. Emailed them twice, also via the contact us link on their website page about it, not even a response. Not sure they are the real thing dont look like it, no obvious layers, think I just got scammed for two small bog standard sports towels.

Ice Towel took forever to arrive. Tracking VIA the Shop app shows it came from China. The product i received wasnt even Towelnado Branded. Was Branded Cool Towel.
I also ordered the Fan. Which via the shop app is still saying pending. But did arrive via Yodel. After emailing asking for the tracking for the fan. Shows this actually came from Ali Express.

Wouldn't use again.

Same as the rest of the 1 stars. Arrived but using the Shop.app, I could see it came from China. So wanted expecting much and I wasn't disappointed 🤣. Totally FAKE if there is a real one, and didn't work.

This company is a complete scam. They take your money and do not send anything. Customer service does not exist and there is no reply.. avoid this company.
