They are the most rudest people ever…
They are the most rudest people ever calling and being demanding and then hanging up when they can’t handle the truth. Also making threats to someone with cancer is not good for referrals. Once I pay my loan off I’m done with unprofessional people.

The manager was Incompetent and rude
The manager was Incompetent and rude. Her name is Kallie Castro. She insisted that I had to purchase personal property insurance which is inaccurate because I have Tower Loan listed as loss payee on my homeowners insurance. She then insisted that I currently had a title loan with Tower Loan and basically told me, a pastor for the last 32 years that I was a liar. I'm not sure if she treats other customers with such disdain but I have never seen that level of unprofessional behavior from a manager of any business I've ever done business with. Even after being corrected by her district supervisor she offered no apologies or hints of remorsefulness. I must say that the clerk who completed my loan was both friendly and professional. I would give her a raise.
