The product is cute . However I was expecting them to be bigger . The way they show them in rhe video as being bigger and squishy , that is what I was expecting. So over all . Cute product. Just not what I was expecting.

The company is doing things well. We were disappointed with the product and the size of the squishies. We thought they were larger, We are afraid to hand them out on Halloween because with younger children they might think they are edible marshmellow type candy. My 10 year old granddaughter will use them as birthday party favors at her party on October 17.

The communication re my order and delivery was very good. The bag is a good size but bigger might be an idea. But I understand if it is bigger it wouldnt fit into a neat well sized item and it would be to big to hang off your bag. However while I thought the faux leather was of great quality the gold hardware was not attached properly and hung off. I had to squeeze it to attach to the leather and in doing so I damaged part of the hardware. All considered, a great product.

Items are larger than I expected, and took a long time to be delivered. I should never have clicked on the FB ad.

Nice product but lengthy wait. In addition, was erroneously charged for shipping! However, when I addressed error, I was credited for the fees.

Excellente communication et suivi de ma commande

I was excited to receive my order, but that soon turned into disappointment when I opened it.
Easy to open, but not so easy to press close again. It should have clicked shut with the press studs, but took about 8 attempts, I’d succeed with one side, but that would come undone when I tried to close the other side. For the price I paid, I feel this was of poor quality.

Delivery service was good. Unfortunately after trying out the bag just once the stitching on the bottom came apart and a hole appeared!! So not very impressed by the quality of the bag! The leather bith was good and sturdy but i am afraid very disappointed by the flimsy bag itself, needs to be much stronger. I have now stitched it up twice and made a thicker bottom. Pity as very useful bag.

Unfortunately there's no 'minus' scale to rate this charlatan service, otherwise it would be -10.
My own fault really, should have realised being an advert on FB, it would be a scam, but no, I fell for it (we all get a little greedy from time to time).
Fortunately it only cost me around £25, but it's the deception that gets you.
Apparently the earphones I foolishly ordered are in the middle of a field in Lincoln for the last 6 weeks by the look of the the map on Google, and every reply to email has without doubt been AI/Bot generated.
DON'T but anything from these guys it'll cost you the cash and the shame/depression you feel when you realise you've been had.
AVOID these swindlers.

The Varelli Bag's advertised dimensions are accurate, but the modelled image is misleading, portraying the bag as larger than it actually is. The bag's quality is subpar, with a cumbersome buckle that makes it impractical to use. The fabric and overall quality are comparable to inexpensive carry bags found at convenience stores.

I received a lot of emails with updates on when it would arrive. After 2 weeks, the post office delivered it to our mailbox outside of our home which is NOT secure, meaning no lock so anyone could have stolen it.

We have a front porch which the post office could have easily placed it. And we are having a heat wave. As soon as I saw it was delivered by email, I had to go outside in the heat to get it! Do better.

Made well although not used much yet compact and always on hand when needed
