I was so pleased with my experience with TPS. Such value for money for my 4k player was and perfect condition. Great swift delivery and communication. I would thoroughly recommend TPS. Very very happy and I even had a call to check if everything was ok!

I ordered a new television hand set from TPS, using a debit card, and for some reason the webpage said it was not a secure connection. I then reordered another using a credit card and the transaction went through. Within an hour I had a phone call from TPS to ask me did I really want 2 handsets. I did take the 2 as it was for my husband who has limited mobility. The hand sets arrived within a few days and both work very well. What impressed me was the concern for my well-being as I had ordered 2 hand sets. I would recommend them to anybody as their customer care is second to none.

Recently purchased my fifth Multi Region player from TPS and once again i am very happy with my purchase. As always the service and product quality is excellent and I will continue to use TPS for all my Multiregion/4K needs.

Excellent service from start to finish. I made a mistake on my order and they rang me back quickly and helped me rectify it. The correct Sony 4k UHD player was dispatched the same day and arrived the following working day with instructions as its a multi region player. I will recommend them to friends.

TPS delivered the multi-region Sony player promptly, and it plays Region 1 dvds ! Plus a free UHD disk to test it with.

Ordered a new 4K UHD Bluray player from TPS and can say that their service was A1. I was kept update with all aspects of the order through to delivery. Item is exactly as described and would highly recommend!

Before I ordered my player I called the store and got some great advice from someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. I decided on the player and ordered, it was dispatched that very day and with me the next. I can now play any form of disc from anywhere in the world with zero issues. Would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to anyone looking to get the best out of physical media.
