I completed NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy®️ & Hypnotherapy taught by Tracey. Tracey is the absolute best teacher. Tracey is able to take complex information and delivery it to you in a very understandable and useful way. Tracey is a motivator. Tracey is always there for you and takes all of her students to a higher level. The classes are well worth the money spent. You will go away knowing more than if you took these classes somewhere else. A bonus is you will meet some amazing people in her class.

Overwhelmingly Encouraging, Articulate, Educational but most importantly Harmonious. Having wanted to study I am so grateful I decided on the Tracey Cole NLP course. Super informative but also fun and 24/7 online help from Tracey, if ever needed.
If you thinking of a career change or want to study NLP, TimeLine Therapy or hypnosis for yourself. I would highly recommend these courses, with bells on! I was super worried about returning to study later in life but I have loved every moment.. Tracey is a fantastic teacher. Tracey is a fabulous teacher. Cannot recommend her courses highly enough. We laughed (and cried) and learnt so much. Always supportive and encouraging even when it all felt a bit overwhelming at the beginning. Pick up the phone and make that call, you wont regret it!

I did my NLP Coach, NLP Practitioner, Practitioner of Time Line Therapy & Hypnotherapy qualifications with Tracey and cannot recommend highly enough. She was so supportive throughout, really ensuring I understood the principles and techniques. She's approachable, kind and friendly and really offers ongoing support to ensure you succeed. I have been following Tracey's NLP page on social media with interest for some time with plans to enroll on one of her courses.

I have always been interested in psychology, for my own benefit as well as helping others, but combined with my profession as a horsemanship trainer and coach, the rider confidence centred aspects to Tracey's courses would be invaluable in helping my clients from a mindset perspective.

I have recently taken my first steps and become an Associate of Equestrian NLP, progressing further with this in the New Year. I have found the course enjoyable, practice and Tracey has been on hand throughout to help with any confusions there may be.

Tracey is a superb trainer. She is patient and kind. Her passion for her profession is inspiring and she's so supportive. Highly recommended.

I trained to become an NLP practitioner with Tracey this year. I found her to be most helpful and friendly as well as professional and well informed. Her explanations were clear and concise and all the information I needed was sent by email and post. I also found the fact that I could pay for the cost of the course in installments most helpful as it reduced the financial pressure in paying for the training. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the decision to train and the help I received!

I have had 2 sessions with Tracey for anxiety and negative thinking. I didn’t know what to expect but did everything I was asked and I can honestly say I don’t understand why it has worked but it has. The past 2 weeks have been the first time in years I haven’t had a churning stomach and the thought of ‘ yes but what if’ it was like witchcraft, magic! I would definitely recommend NLP with Tracey

I recently did the NLP Coach Practitioner training with Tracey and found it a life-changing experience. I am a riding instructor and wanted more tools to help my students with confidence issues.

Tracey is so knowledgeable in NLP and is a great teacher with a wonderful sense of humour. Her sessions were amazing, and I learnt so much. It not only gave me the tools I needed for my job, but it also gave me the chance to work on myself.

We not only got *right* to the heart of the matter, her caring, knowledge, skill, and compassion made it easy, effortless and fun.

I've worked with Tracey for a while now, gaining my NLP Practitioner Certification before moving onto study for my NLP Master Practitioner Certification (which I'm doing at the moment). Not only is Tracey hugely knowledgeable on her subject and a great teacher who explains everything so well, she's also great fun to be around and makes training a joy.

I enquired about Tracey's courses ages ago - she was really helpful but never pushed for my business. When I invested in a power hour, I thought I would find it emotionally challenging, but Tracey is very easy to talk to and her techniques are really helping me park my anxiety and grow my confidence. She is genuinely interested in helping you - my 'power hour' ended up being 1.5 hours and I never felt rushed or on the clock.

Tracy is amazing at what she does and helped me massively.

Tracey has produced a couple of hypnosis recordings for me and I would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with their mindset.

I can’t thank Tracey enough for her help. Super easy to book and I used my iPhone for the zoom which worked perfectly - didn’t even need a computer! Just one session with Tracey and I am transformed into positive, “can do”, let’s go do it thoughts! I used to almost panic at the thought of riding my new young cob…. Now I practically leap into the saddle! We are progressing and building a great bond learning together and relaxing into our riding. Even my instructor is delighted with my new confidence as we can do so much more!! I still use my personal hypnosis to keep my positivity topped up and am delighted with the confident me… thank you! Worth every penny!!

I can't thank Tracey enough. It is a horrible feeling having an amazing horse but being too afraid to ride them. Tracey made me a very beautiful personalized hypnotherapy recording. After listening to it once, I was trotting confidently on my horse, after listening to it for a week,I was confidently cantering on my horse. I can't believe that I went from being afraid to sit on my horse, to winning an online dressage competition at intro level. My biggest fear was cantering, but now I'm not only cantering and enjoying it, but I'm also training at Elementary level and beginning to work on counter canter. The thing I like the most about the recording is that it is personalised to me and my horse and includes the things and places I like.

I can highly recommend working with Tracey. I started speaking with her regarding an unmanageable fear of riding. Tracey listened thoroughly and then put together a solution that she thought would help - this contained a mixture of techniques including hypnotherapy and NLP (and probably other things that I don't fully understand!). She left me with some tools to practice myself in her absense and they have worked brilliantly. I feel like a different person riding.

Back in February/March when I started your online confident to the core course you asked us to pick a goal and set it in the timeline. My goal was:
“It’s September 2020 you are galloping across the finish line at Kelsall after a fantastic day, you can hear Laddys feet and breathing and feel the elation from cross country. The sun is shining and everything is great!”

I just thought I would let you know that yesterday we did just that!! We got a PB dressage and double clear with some time and came 12th! So happy with him! And with me! Back in March it was difficult to believe I could achieve this this year!
