This is specific to their on line shopping. It's terrible! They will tell you Ship to Store is free but it's NOT! Then they will try to charge you $17.95 to ship it to the store. Which is the same price shown to ship to your house. There is only one problem. They won't ship it to your house for the $17.95. They will only let you do a Store pickup for that price of $17.95. Don't waste your time trying to figure out there TERRIBLE system.

I set up a subscription for horse feed to be ready once a month. Last month everything went great. This month it has been just the opposite. My local store did not have any record of this month's order. The app page that listed my order said that the order was still in process, 3 days late and I would get an email when it was ready. No emails at all and after finally 3 tries today on the phone, someone answered the phone. The lady told me that there was a problem with the system, okay, no calls, no texts or emails. She said that it wasn't their fault and that was all she would say as to who's responsible for notify me that there was a problem. She had to cancel the existing order and reorder it. Hopefully this time my store will get the new order. I hope I don't have this problem next month.

I love Tractor Supply and their products; however, their website, subscription functionality, and online customer service is absolutely awful. Yesterday morning at 11 am, I called about a duplicated order and got the automated "we'll call you back in the order in which your call was received". I'm still waiting for that call 30 hours later, despite sending an email and two messages via the website. I'm sure if I ever do get that call, the duplicate order will already be shipped and I'll just be expected to suck it up.

The store in Simsbury, CT is well stocked, the prices reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful. The problem is their Android app is simply horrid. I have over $1100 worth of merchandise in my cart but I cannot see the cart or checkout. A staff member agreed that there is a problem and had previously complained to management about the app and absolutely nothing but crickets back from the Mother Ship.

I bought a bad boy lawn tractor from tractor supply earlier this year. I selector 3% interest for 3 years payment. About a week later, I returned the mover because it was making a loud sound when you made a turn. They took it back. Then I bought another bad boy and select the 0 % option. I looked at my statement and they are charging me 3% on that mower. I went to the store and showed them the receipt outlining the payment option I had selected, they call the credit center and they gave some excuse why I had to be charged 3 %. In essence, I am paying 3% on a mover I don’t have that s bull….i will pay off the mower and never use it or buy anything from tractor supply again, if another vendor does not have it,I don’t need it

Was worries about the bad reviews but made a purchase of a table and it went 100% fine.
I recommend and will buy from them again.

Cannot login most of the time, the website will sometimes let you log in, then if you click on something like the Neighborhood logo, it abruptly logs me out then asks me to log back in? Cannot find account link to change any of my account info, etc. Tractor Supply website SUCKS!!!

Customer NO SERVICE. Stores will not send product between stores and when you order/pickup a damaged item - they don't care and if you don't want broken, we won't order you new - you have to try another store. They send me emails/texts that have outdated/incorrect information. think I'll post a PSA on social media too....

I ordered on the online app. The driver left a 45 pound bag of dog food in the street, rather than bringing it to my home. I live in a rural area and the house is quite far from the nearest street. Then the driver lied about it...insisting he had left the item "at my back door." I wrote the driver immediately at the number provided by Tractor Supply. No response. Because I can't see the street from my house, and the driver failed to provide a photograph (as required by Tractor Supply), and the driver then lied about where he had dumped the item, I had no idea where my item was. After waiting half an hour on hold for customer service, I was finally told the truth: my item (without a box) had been dumped at the street. The Customer Service rep was not able to provide any further assistance and seemed to delight in my predicament. This was a zero star transaction. A failure from start to finish.

The customer service in the Weslaco store is probably the worst there is anywhere. The employees have no idea who the customer is. I have shopped here for many years but the caliber of employee they hire has deteriorated. I will shop elsewhere where the employees are mature and trained properly.

I have shipped Tractor Supply for several years and found their in person experience great. But I made the mistake of trying to get a subscription with delivery. It was a disaster! I got notices that it would be delivered and that I needed to pick it up. I finally did pick up my order in person and found they still charged me $10 for delivery to the store!!! Even the staff was confused. Because it was screwed up multiple times, I cancelled all my subscriptions and they continue to try to bill me and I can't get them to stop. I'm done with Tractor Supply

Bought insecticide that seemed expensive. Got home and checked online to find out item was twenty dollars cheaper everywhere else. Bad business to gouge!

The WORST online order store! I attempted to cancel my order and instead they charged me! Rest assured I will be reaching out to BBB to resolve this.

Had a subscription with this company. They charged me for an order, then delayed it, then a week later, canceled it. Charged me full price for it, so I called with no answer ever. Emailed, with no answer ever. Just took my money, gave me nothing, robbed me, and walked away. -100 review. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

I have emailed TSC twice regarding the inability of their website to properly load. I always end of with an error that the website failed to load and to either wait or exit. They have not replied of many attempt to correct their website. TSC is not worth the time to shop since you can not verify if they have what you need , if you know they might.

Have been going to tractor supply almost 2 years. Keep asking about my rewards. Have spent several hundred dollars and no rewards. No one in store can tell you anything, ask for help finding something and they just say try idle # _ or #_. Called and complained about rewards and just say you have been deactivated but don’t know why will have to check and call back. No call back. If I could rate 0 I would. No offer for a store credit or discount or anything

On 20 April of this year, a Tractor Supply Company employee at the Silver City, New Mexico, store (#1651) joked while filling my three 30-pound LP cylinders that he didn’t know what he was doing and hoped he didn’t “blow us both up.” The following day I emailed the store manager to advise him that two of those tanks had been critically overfilled and, I discovered when driving home an hour away, were actively self-venting. The manager, Kevin Carson, and I eventually spoke on the phone. When I told him that I preferred not to bring attention to this problem outside the store, he offered to “make things right” when I next came to town. I agreed that would be appropriate and, in a later email, I sent him a video made while bleeding the tanks to a safe level.

I emailed Mr. Carson prior to each of my subsequent trips to town but they always coincided with his days off. When I brought cylinders in again for a refill, presumably with an available credit for wasted propane and time, the only person available to fill them had "gone to the bank.” I waited as long as I could, but only wasted more time. Ultimately, to bring this matter to close after three months, on 25 July I emailed Mr. Carson with instructions to provide me with a gift certificate. Perhaps due to ignorance of the brevity and potential consequences of this mishap, six weeks later he has still not replied to that email. Apparently his offer to "make things right" was insincere.

Okay. I'll make this right myself.

Their website is garbage. I ordered a scaffold ... it never went thru , but left a pending debit on my bank account a few days. If you buy something ... just go to the store. The site jumps alot also.

Made an order and which had a specific date for delivery to a local store. Went to pick up a day after delivery date, local store had no idea where the order was or when it might be there. First they could not find the order under my name or with the SKU number. I had to go get the actual order number for them to look up....They still could not find out when it would arrive - and I have a job waiting on the product. I cancelled the order and then tried to call customer service to get a refund to my credit card. Horrible trying to get to a human being to explain - far too many prompts...Tried to send an email on their link - does not allow it under Contact choices...TERRRIBLE Customer service level - I will never order from them again....Going to Home Depot where I can rely on service.

i had an order for dog treats supposed to be delivered every 2 weeks.i got billed every 2 weeks but didnt recieve the treats at least 8 times over a years time.there web sight wouldnt acknowlege my account no matter what i tried. i called cust service several times and no answer for 20- 40 minutes and finally gave up so i pressed one for call back which never happened.finally got ahold of some one in cust service and they couldnt find anything even though i read them ther own email reciept with all the po and phone numbers they would have needed to verify the transaction.this company is terrible i will never do bussiness with them again and neither should you.they ripped me off for over 150.00 and would not make it right.
