I recently purchased a loft hatch from Trade Panels, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They adjusted the hatch dimensions by about 2 mm, ensuring a perfect fit. The quality of the product was excellent, delivery was smooth, and communication from start to finish was outstanding. A truly professional company that I would happily use again.

Great product but very poor delivery…
Great product but very poor delivery from third party courier! Two big orders in two weeks and both deliveries not as per instructions. Why ask for delivery specifics if dopey drivers don’t follow! A total of 2 man days lost due to late/ wrong place/ instructions not followed so can’t risk using again!

Hi Nigel,
Thank you for your recent Orders with us and for your time on the telephone last week - I really appreciated the opportunity to speak with you directly.
As mentioned on the telephone, I am sincerely sorry for the issues you experienced with the delivery process. To clarify the details for your second Order, I can confirm that the goods were delivered on the estimated delivery date; however, the driver unfortunately left the parcels at the main reception area across the road rather than following your specific instructions to drop them at the welfare cabin.
I completely understand how frustrating it is when site-specific instructions aren't followed. We have formally escalated this failure directly with our courier, APC.
While the vast majority of our Orders arrive on time and precisely as instructed, I fully appreciate that the service fell short on your deliveries, and for that, I am truly sorry.
We are very grateful for your repeat business, and I hope we can work together again in the future.
If you do decide to place another Order with us, please reach out to me directly beforehand— I would be more than happy to apply a discounted rate as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Emma

Hi Jack,
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the courier delay on your order. I have tried to speak to you on the telephone to personally discuss this matter.
While the vast majority of our deliveries arrive on time without issue, the courier service let us down on this occasion, and their failure to communicate accurately is unacceptable. We have formally raised this complaint with both the courier and the rooflight manufacturer, Coxdome, Velux Commercial.
I am pleased to see that your rooflight dome was successfully delivered yesterday following the Bank Holiday weekend. I appreciate your patience, and hope we can work together again in the future to show you our usual high standard of service.
Kind regards,
Emma

Loft Access Panel
I`ve orded and fitted a lot of metal riser doors and loft access panels from Trade Access Panels, and have always been able to fit single handed, up to now.
My latest purchase was a loft access panel, which needed the opening panel to be detached from the frame, that`s when the issues started, the locating screws for are now located tight in the edge of the panel , and are difficult to get out, once the frame was fitted, it was impossible the refit the panel into the frame single handed. Why has the design of the panel "hinges" been changed??

Hi Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for taking my call this morning. We have truly valued your custom since 2021 and always appreciate your business.
I wanted to clarify that while you have regularly ordered our wall riser doors and loft hatches in the past, this particular fire-rated ceiling panel specification was a new product design to you.
We supply a vast range of panel specifications and always aim to offer the most cost-effective solution within the required fire test parameters. Because of this panels specification (fire, smoke and acoustic rated) its hinge and the other panels you have ordered and installed previously.
As discussed, we sell a high volume of this specific range without previous installation issues reported, but that certainly doesn't lessen the value of your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you found this design more difficult to install, and I have passed your comments over to our design team. I have also added a note into our CRM system to remind us not to offer/quote this specification of panel to you in the future.
Thank you again for your time today and for your custom. We look forward to working with you again on your next project.
Kind regards,
Emma

Very impressive
We placed our order online on Monday and the window was delivered on Friday. We were kept updated on despatch, and the delivery driver went above and beyond to get the pallet into our delivery compound,
Overall, very impressed and will use again on another project when possible.

Absolutely brilliant UK company to buy from. Excellent pre sales help, spot on technical knowledge, patient and very good value. And on the product side - WOW!! Its perfect. Solid construction, beautifully manufactured in the UK. I went for standard white, also perfect. Not a cheap looking stark glaring white, but a soft sophisticated one. Nice choice of standard white :) Delivery on time, manufacturing time fast too.
