Total waste of money. Poor services.

Scammers!! Took my money then blocked contact. Karma will come!

Don’t buy Trade India packs. They told u something when they selling their packs after payment they just create your website and later never reply properly. We buy for our business purposes but never get business from them no enquiries properly all fake enquiries they send you. Don’t buy
One of their sales manager Arvind Mishra he is big lier when he come to sell products give so many things but when u buy his incentives comes from then he never reply u back.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the complete lack of service and support despite continuous and regular follow-ups from my end.

Since 11th January, I have been consistently following up back-to-back with Vikas, Shanu, Pooja, Neha, and Shah Faisal. However, even after repeated communication, I have not received a single lead, nor has there been any concrete action or ownership taken to resolve the issues.

There is no clarity on who is handling the account, no accountability, and no resolution provided so far. I have made every possible effort to get this addressed, but unfortunately, there has been no response, no progress, and no outcome.

As of today:

No leads have been provided

No benefit has been received against the payment made

No one is actively looking after or resolving the issue

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I request you to urgently intervene and provide a clear resolution immediately.
If the issue cannot be resolved and services cannot be delivered as committed, then I request a full refund of the amount paid.

Please consider this as a full and final request.
I expect a written confirmation of resolution or refund within the next 2 days, failing which I will be compelled to take this matter further.

It has been over one and a half months since we made full payment, yet not a single promised service has been delivered. We have not received any meaningful leads, support, or outcomes as discussed at the time of sale.
Key concerns are outlined below:

No Service Delivery
Despite complete payment, there has been zero effective service. There is no structured onboarding, no dedicated point of contact, and no progress visibility.

Repeated & Uncoordinated Communication
Every time we follow up, a different employee contacts us, repeatedly asking the same basic questions. This clearly indicates a lack of internal coordination and ownership.

Extremely Poor & Irrelevant Lead Quality
The few inquiries received are completely unrelated to our business.
For example, receiving leads such as “Cow Ring” is unacceptable and shows complete mismatch and negligence.

No Clarity or Transparency
There is no explanation on:

Source of the leads

Lead filtering process

Reason for receiving irrelevant categories

False Commitments & No Accountability
Your sales team made several assurances before payment, but post-payment support has been nonexistent. Follow-ups do not result in resolution, only delays.

Refund Delays & Misleading Responses
For the past 7 days, we have been continuously requesting a refund due to non-performance. Instead of a clear resolution, we are being misled and unnecessarily delayed.

Overall, this has been a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. Your primary focus appears to be selling packages, with no accountability once payment is received.

There is no proper service after taking the package.
Their main focus is only on selling packages, but once payment is done, support completely disappears.

Leads quality is very poor and confusing.
We are getting irrelevant inquiries which have no connection to our business.
Example: receiving leads like “Cow Ring” — this is absolutely unrelated and unacceptable.

There is no clarity:

Whose leads are these?

How are they filtered?

Why irrelevant categories are sent?

Sales team promises a lot before payment, but no accountability after that.
Follow-ups don’t help, and issues are never properly resolved.

Overall, not worth the money.
If you are looking for genuine B2B leads and professional service, think twice before investing.

Poorest customer service. Fake inquiries. Fake traffic. After making payment they stopped responding to my calls and after 6 months they activated my profile and then told me only 6 months are left ( i bought plan for 1 year). Do not trust their sales team. TradeIndia is a scam

Don't waste your money in tradeindia. After payment they will not responce any call & massage. Anymore not support by tradeindia. Very very bad service.

I made a payment of ₹32,000 to TradeIndia for Google promotions and lead enquiry services. After receiving the payment, the company did not deliver any leads or promotional activities as promised.

I personally visited their office and sent multiple emails to customer care, but there was no response or resolution. None of their staff were willing to meet or take responsibility for the issue.

It feels like they are taking advantage of customers and not providing the services they advertise. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payments to this company.

I hope TradeIndia takes this feedback seriously and resolves my issue, but as of now, I’ve had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service experience I’ve had since purchasing my subscription. I subscribed to TradeIndia around July and have been continuously requesting for my product listings to be activated on my account. Unfortunately, even after almost three months, my listings have still not gone live.

Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints over the last several weeks, I keep receiving the same response — that the issue will be resolved “today or tomorrow.” However, no progress has been made. For the past 15 days, I have even been unable to open my TradeIndia account properly, which has further affected my business operations during the crucial festive season.

When your sales team approached me, they made several strong commitments and assurances, but the post-sale support has been extremely disappointing. In contrast, I have been using IndiaMART for over five years and have never faced such issues. I had subscribed to TradeIndia with the intention of exploring another portal, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely unsatisfactory.

Given that I have not received any service or leads as promised, I request that my subscription amount be refunded immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly on social media and relevant business forums.

I hope you will take this request seriously and process my refund at the earliest.

Do NOT Waste your money On TradeIndia B2B Portal
They have an aggressive marketing team and a whole line up of people trying to convince U to subscribe
But, U rather throw that money into the sea. And Get back the same NOTHING.

The Indian Trade and Commerce Ministry should take an official handover of this Website and Help promote MADE IN INDIA

We have a member since more than 5month and we experience NO BUSINESS yet, Worst services and Worst employee.. they provide other B2B portal buyers. This so called TI is running since more than 20 years with the help of looting money with fraud activities, mis commitment. Solution ki jagah meeting meeting krke time stretch karna jaante hai. If we denied for the meeting than they treat us as culprit and misbehave with us. Everyone sitting there has learnt how to do miscommitment in a well mannered. Our profile currently handeled by Md. Shahzad who didn't get any training for solving the issue and asking me to pay 30/- per product which no one has confirm me earlier at the time of joining. Full of frauderster team. I have complete record to proof how they misguide us to loot money from us, we are filing cyber complaint against this so called online platform #fraudtradeindia

The worst mistake I made is to apply the membership with Tradeindia due to these reasons:

1. Their commitments are all fake.
2. There is no internaltionally buyers, ONLY Indian buyers which are real or not. These Indian buyers only want to buy & ship within the same day. How is it possible? I am supplier from other country.
3. No one supports you after you pay the money for the fee.
4. You will get only automatic email from them. No buyers contact with you at all.
5. Even I emailed to their customerservice, no email was sent back to me.

Please do not make the same mistakes as mine.

It is waste your money and importantly your time.

basically we bought their expensive paid package for 3years. once we made the payment, they become unbearably unresponsive and do not resolve any of your issues. Additionally the leads are irrelevant and sometimes i speculate whether they are totally made up and sent to us.

Hello All, I write as a representative of City Girl, a jewellery business in Kolkata. We, just 4 months back, had invested in TradeIndia's "premium" plan which served as a liability of Indian Rupees 1,80,000. We had been promised leads to grow our business and find customers yet have only encountered fakes. Most of the "leads" claim that they do not remember enlisting an enquiry in any kind of TradeIndia. However some will just cut the call, or you might get lucky and get a WhatsApp number of a "customer" that will never text you back. We have come to the conclusion that these calls are either directly from their employees or we have been given random numbers of unsuspecting people. In the meanwhile, stay safe and DON'T invest in TradeIndia.

I had like to draw attention from the user stating to not to trust the marketing representative of this company . Firstly they will approach you with all the fake promises and will make sure to take cheque from you of any amount of your budgets and would promise you to give services of the higher category . They will come to you several times untill you give them the cheque or by any other mode of payment as stated by you . There after no one will approach you to give the services as promised to you . Further on request of help they will charge you for not reading PI when you complain for not getting such payments . So please be aware for such fraudulent company and their representatives . Instead use that funds for your business investment or for any other investment .
