Excellent Customer Service
Purchased several painting products online. Received a phone call the next morning advising that one of the items purchased was incompatible with other products I had selected.
A more expensive, but compatible alternative was offered in lieu and at the same price as the incompatible item. This excellent service was then followed up by extremely quick delivery.
All in all, an outstanding interaction!

Your company and deals are a 5+ star great communication at all times after the courier company lost my parcel which was out of your control and was the fault of Aramex which I have reviewed separately and if I could give them any negative stars. I don't think there would be enough negative stars in the world for them. Colorex went above and beyond and I will differently be buying from your company again but I will be getting it sent by a different courier company.
