While they did submit the paperwork for my trademark, they over charged me by 5X for the submission. They sent me paperwork that was questionable and clearly didn't come from USPTO.GOV. Current analyst reviews are about 8 months out (identified clearly on the USPTO site) they indicated it was approved and that I needed to pay another $5000 immediately via credit card (over the phone) or worse yet, via Zelle (completely untraceable). When I contacted USPTO directly they told me this is typical scam method. And that NOTHING more needs to be paid until AFTER it's reviews in 8 months. Their attempt rush me into paying was clearly suspect and they told me to NOT contact USPTO directly but to contact only one person on a fake letter they "forwarded". I caught them in lies throughout the process and misrepresentation of their titles and capabilities.

Don’t trust them. I used them to apply for my trademark and the did do that. But they had me pay for things earlier than needed and then tried to scam me with a fake cease and desist letter threatening me to pay another $10,000 to fight it. There was no reason to pay it. It was false.
I also had filed a patent through them and they charged me $5,000 for that. Before I got any confirmation from them they said I had to pay $20,000 more or it would be cancelled. I could not afford that so I had to let it go. Looking into things further, I can not find any proof that they even filed my patent. I have asked them several times for any proof of confirmation number or application numbers and they cannot provide me with them. I have asked for a refund since they cannot prove they ever filed it and they keep telling me they will but never do. I’m still pushing for the refund. Thank God I didn’t give the extra $20,000 they said I had to pay. Don’t use them!!!!!

Professional job and decent service although there is need for improvement in terms of speed and communications.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Out of nowhere, I started getting text messages from Trademark Planets claiming that someone else wanted to steal my business name and logo — insisting I pay them immediately to “protect” it. It’s complete nonsense.

Even after telling them to stop, they kept spamming me with threatening messages. This is a classic scam using fear and pressure to trick people into paying for their services. Do not fall for it — you can safely handle trademarks yourself.

I have been using this Trademark Monitoring service since November 2025 and the experience has been very positive. The service delivers strong value for money and the work quality has been consistently good. The alerts and reports are clear. timely and definitely deserve a 5 star rating. What stood out the most was the support the team has been excellent and responsive whenever needed. overall it's a reliable service a reasonable cost and I'm satisfied with the results.

Its a complete scam, avoid at all costs. They trick you saying the trademark you want is available when it is not the case. they overcharge you $4000 instead of the cost to publish the application of $350 and then they want to scam you even further with a false email and deputy officer of the USPTO that does not exist in real life named "Harvey Specter" literally like the actor from Suits, and they ask you for $19,000 more to register the logo to make sure the trade mark is yours which is a lie also. They ask you to pay in Zelle by text message which was supper sketchy. I went on the database of the USPTO and no Harvey existed as an employee, they create even a fake web page to trick you, and a fake law firm. They are super diligent for fraud, please dont use this company I dont understand how they had good reviews on Trust Pilot they are not to trust!!

I applied for the $35 package with Trademark Planets. They called me by phone multiple times. Sent me links to pay and took $450 from my card. They asked to wire them another $1400.

I was apprehensive before dealing with Trademark Planets since I believed that trademark registration would be extremely expensive and time-consuming. They surprised me by making it stress-free, economical, and effective. I would suggest them to any business owner who wishes to adequately safeguard of their brand.

The company is a total scam. The most unprofessional company to do business with. They will text you, call you numerous amounts of times, push you to buy, different payment names, invalid payment links and the customer service is horrid. Rude, Impatient and liars! Dont waste your time or money.

My company name felt intimidating to trademark. However, everything was managed behind the scenes by Trademark Planets, who broke it down into easy steps. Worth every cent.
