Stay away con merchants
Con people they tell you before they take money from your account you need to send certain documents and before you except you will get a call from a so called manager. I never got that call and never sent all documents and yes you got it there took my money and then charged me £15 to withdraw it. Yes it’s only £15 but it’s the principle. Be aware

Absolutely ridiculous of a company. they are scam, when i signed up I just wanted to invest 250GBP. a third party caller from financial101.net tried to give me trading advise and only ended up making me lose money! such a shame. I lost a lot of money, so for whoever is reading, please do not sign up.

I made the mistake of enquiring online. Took a call, told them I wasn't interested and did not part with any money, but have been bombarded with rude and abusive calls ever since. I get called at 08:30 from various trade companies asking why I've just signed up (when I haven't) and when I tell them it wasn't me they get very rude and abusive and literally keep pressing redial and call several times just to be rude.
DO NOT EVEN MAKE ENQUIRIES WITH THIS SCAM.
Update: Do not be suckered in by the false customer service response. I tried to contact them and was on hold for nearly an hour and was then just passed around with no-one wanting to deal with it. TERRIBLE.

Tradeo claim to be an ‘investment’ company- as they’re based in Cyprus, it is advisable to check how or whether they’re subject to any regulatory body, especially if you live outside Cyprus. The staff appeared friendly, gaining my trust, and persuaded me that they had my best interests at heart and to ‘invest’ my money. I was persuaded to part with increasingly more money, in order to supposedly strengthen my ‘investment’ in face of a volatile market and to ‘make more money’ from it. Thankfully, my Bank saved me from parting with even more of my savings- having made a few payments to Tradeo, the Bank were suspicious that I had been the victim of a scam, and blocked further payments, freezing my debit card, since Tradeo would now possess my card details.
To date, Tradeo have refused to refund any of my money, stating that “none of it is available”. Tradeo qualify this with a ‘risk disclaimer’, warning of the risk of losing money. Despite blocking an international Cypriot number, I constantly have phone calls on my mobile and landline, mostly from withheld numbers, and the caller doesn’t leave any messages on my Voicemail- Tradeo know that I want to withdraw my money, but they won’t take “No!” for an answer. I won’t answer any more calls, since I know that they will try to persuade me to part with more cash!
In view of where the company is based, my Bank have advised me that it would be safer to only invest with companies under the jurisdiction of my own country, or something like bonds.

Started an account with these when I decided to close my account the advisor got really rude and annoyed that I didn't want to trade. He was there to help but didn't want to know when I said I was closing my account told me to have a nice life and put phone down. Wouldn't recommend this company. When I did get my money back they stopped some money with no reason why. Need to be careful when thinking of using this company.

I just enquired about shares with Amazon online, I recieved a call from tradeo asking for personal information and how much I wanted to invest,when I said I wanted to speak with a financial advisor before I invest,the advisor on the phone started shouting at me asking why did I look into this in the first place, he was extremely rude so I advise anyone who is thinking of using this company think twice and never do business with strangers over the phone. They could be a reputable company but the rudeness of the sales person wasn't sending a good message to people who want to invest their hard earned money.

The company is a very legit and very well regulated company. I was informed from the beginning about the fact that money does not grow from trees in which i already new as a smart conservative investor, i started with 250 saw some results on the demo and some on the live account and so i decided that i wanted to invest the amount of 10000 after that! again had a good experience and gradually grew my account to 45,650! traded on nasdaq for some time and after making 13,240 in profits i decided i wanted to finally make the withdraw! took 5 days for the money to come in my account! however i did receive the money! I really thank Tradeo for the patients and the help! i do STRONGLY recommend

This is a scam don’t waste ur money and time it’s all a lie they say u put 250 in and open a account and then someone rings you asking you to put another 5000 in and when you refuse they get really rude and personal saying things like you are liar this app is nothing like they advertise it you don’t make profit by just investing 250 you have to invest big money you may win or lose like any other stock app I tried to take my money back but I dint get the full amount they deducted money from that even tho I don’t even use the app soo plzz it’s a scam don’t waste your time

This company is a disgrace I put in 250 as a minimum investment I received a call from my so called advisor shannon green who wanted me to put more money in when I refused he turned nasty and abusive then he put the phone down on me l have closed my account and got my money back but they are hammering me with calls when I complained to customer service they told me there is nothing they can do about it this company is a complete disgrace
