Myself and my wife saw this company online and we weren't sure about the service, sofas etc. until we decided to give it a go and bought Matinee Fabric Sofa.

The service we received was second to none and the sofa was everything we expected and in fact beyond our expectations - for this I have say thanks to the management and staff of this company for their excellent customer service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to my family and friends and members of the public.

It's not possible to give zero stars, otherwise I would.

I placed an order for a chest of drawers on 22nd July and paid for it on that day. I had no further contact from the company until I received an email on 29th July entitled "credit memo". There was nothing in the email except details of my original order. No "we're sorry but we've had to cancel your order" or any other explanation, just the words "credit memo". When I log into my account it says order closed. I can only assume that they didn't have stock of the item, but it appears that they don't want to make contact with me to let me know. Absolute shambles!

After seeing an advert for Trade Price Furniture, I ordered two new sofas within 24 hours the sofas were in my living room! The customer service was second to none and the delivery was brilliant.

Would highly recommend and I will be using them again.

I have never seen someone that useless in online trading business they kept promissed me for 5 working days and when finally delivery day come they gives a few excusess,and when finally i asked when you can deliver my item they said we dont no .
Never seen that pathetic service in my life and finally after wasting my 6 days they refunded my payment with out telling me so just becarefull it dose not seems legit company and all people in that company are useless as i have be given promiss deleviry date by all of them so be carefull that sort of companies. .becarefull guys when you order with them.

I am so happy with this sofa, I ordered Chicago right hand sofa in grey after being let down with another company. And this sofa is so comfortable and more importantly affordable! It's perfect for our family needs and it had no problems with the order or delivery will definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic price! Fantastic quality! It was overall brilliant buying experience. I got my sofa set very quickly and no issues. Also the delivery company were great too giving me a 3 hour window rather than a whole day like most company's so I didn't have to wait in all day! The sofa set looks lovely in my new home and looking forward to buying from them again. Would recommend them hands down.

I bought a sofa from this company a few weeks ago and i was very happy with the customer service and speedy delivery! I was updated regularly, and was given a time slot 2 days before my delivery to make sure i was home.

I ordered a sofa from trade price furniture, the communication I recieved was outstanding, i was informed with updates the delivery team were great, a very friendly service and will defiantly use again. Defiantly a 5 start service!!

Purchased a Shangai bed from them. Was kept informed by both emails and phone calls of when my delivery was taking place. Delivery team were excellent and the bed is amazing quality for the money. Recommended them to family, friends and work mates.
