The service and timeliness were great but the product was not. I was unable to successfully use the magnetic liner because it was so hard and dry. I am hoping I can return it.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for this frustrating experience. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide at our Yorkdale Shopping Centre location. We are currently investigating the matter to determine if this was caused by a technical issue with our phone lines or an internal training oversight with our team. We want to make sure your questions are answered and ensure this does not happen again.

Issues with delivery service
The ordering process was fine. The delivery had issues. They would not leave the package until they had the signature and picture of who accepted the package despite being sent instructions just to leave the package.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the frustration caused by the driver's signature and photo requirements. While some shipments carry strict carrier rules that override delivery notes, we are reviewing this with our shipping provider to ensure instructions are clearer in the future.
