Parts not delivered to my address. my address on packing note inside package but not on outside of parcel.

Dealt with a lady called Sophie to place my order and it was a pleasure.

They where recommended to my by emmeti after another supplier had messed me about for 8 weeks saying stuff was out of stock!

I needed some items from emmeti that aren't related to underfloor heating, they where more than happy to facilitate my order, from first phone call to delivery it was a real pleasure.

Promptly checked stock with emmeti to confirm availability, once order was paid, items came next working day.

The Team at TUS are super fast and efficient.
The turn around on quotes is very quick which is helpful in wing work but the most important factor is that they are probably the only UFH manufacture who can actually tell you the technical details required to design a heating system. This truly puts them far above any competition.
As and added bonus their pricing is very good compared to the competitors. I highly recommend them

I have to say dealing with TUS has been fantastic. Time is of the essence during a renovation and they respond quickly, their pricing is reasonable and their product is good quality. Sophie in particular has been great to deal with, super helpful. Might write another review in six months!

This is the first time i've been to any sort of underfloor heating training. Mike did the training in an unhurried manner making sure everyone was happy before he moved on, if anybody had any questions they were answered before we moved on which was great. It was also great that it was a small group so everyone was looked after and the guys who had experience were brilliant too as no one was trying to show off their knowledge.
The lunch was great and again the guys were on hand to answer any questions we had during the lunch period so time was maximised as were the opportunities.
At the end we were all given the option to stay back if we has any more questions which again was great.
For me the only thing i would change is to give more hands on training which is what i wanted more off as i have no experience in this at the moment.
I feel the price for the course was fair and all in all a good day.
Hope to be working with you and your team in the near future.
