My only regret with TradeZella is that I didn't start using it years ago. I'm only three days is and totally amazed at the clarity it's bringing to my behavior. Plus, I'm a nerd, so more data is awesome. Also, Kathleen in customer support is a LEGEND. Bravo!

I initially requested to cancel my subscription because I thought TradeZella wasn’t able to sync with my forex broker. Kevin responded promptly and professionally, taking the time to understand my concerns rather than just processing the cancellation.

I appreciated that he genuinely wanted feedback on what wasn’t working. That encouraged me to give it another try and when I reconnected my broker, it worked smoothly.

Great customer support makes a big difference, and Kevin’s responsiveness and willingness to help stood out. Thank you for the support and for creating a platform that traders can rely on. 📈

Quick initial response, letting me know they received the email and were looking into my issue with the team. And it was a somewhat unique issue.

Their fix was WAY above my expectations! And it was all taken care of in the same day (maybe a little more than an hour after the initial email).

A very good software to improve your trading skills. One thing i love from tradezella is the customer support always kind and watching for you to learn and continue your trading yourney. Just renewed my 1 year membership

I'm still learning the software but it appears to be well organized and informative.

The customer support was quickly there for me and always ready and willing to offer more support if needed. That's a breath of fresh air!

I rarely review but TradeZella is 5 stars in every way! As a daytrader, this product is a must have. The depth of analysis uncovered multiple holes in my game and enabled me to patch them up. The annual subscription paid for itself in within the first two days of trading. It saves me time and money and took my trading to another level.

I've only been using the platform for about a month. I had an issue day one. microsoft csv would not load into the dashboard. I was going to cancel my subscription but Kevin at the help desk made sure I got a resolution. This issue went all the way up to the dev team for a fix. If Kevin wasn't attentive I would have dumped this service. The trade tracker is super useful and I will enjoy using it. Making my trades more visible has been key for me. Thanks for the help. You kept a customer by going out your way to make me feel valued

Not one - The best Backtesting software out there. They are a bit expensive but most of it is made up for in their robust features, reliable and easy to use platform and robust features, and a contact team always there to assist you
Incredible features, allowing you to truly analyse your trades in both backtesting and through connection your broker. I would recommend them 10/10 times and are def. better than FXReplay

Been using tradezella for several years now. The product is sharp and constantly improving. I recently needed help figuring something out with the platform, and support (Kevin) was fast and super helpful. 10/10 experience.

TradeZella has honestly exceeded my expectations. I was genuinely surprised by how well the AI understood my question and it wasn’t just generic help, but actually clear, relevant, and the video it provided made everything click immediately.

When my issue needed to be escalated, Kevin stepped in and was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly cared about resolving the problem the right way. The combination of strong AI support and excellent human support made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

This level of support has made me enjoy using TradeZella even more. Highly recommend.

I did some back and forth with an AI agent until it found my issue above its pay-grade and referred my case to a human in flesh and blood (And therefore ladies and gentlemen, AIs are not "fully' replacing humans, not now, not ever), and Kathleen swooped in and sorted my issue before I even began my workweek. TZ and its response time is lightning quick, and the resolution it to heart's content and then some. Wish all business support systems in the world were like TZ's. Take a bow!

I put a ticket in after canceling lower tier and upgrading to Pro plan. Kevin was able to explain to me via email in the most supportive way about my refund being my remaining balance that my new payment would pull from monthly until it ran out. Very satisfied with the support from Kevin.
