Pure extortion.
Items arrived completely incorrect spect to what we ordered and are frankly very expensive sub par products anyway.

Great product. Shipped quickly, with 3 easy fittings, mounted quickly and frames the fire perfectly.

I ordered a table, benches and a number of shelves, some of which were provided in customs sizes. Everything I received was fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. Catherine in their customer service team was also very friendly and helpful in dealing with my many questions. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service answered all my emails with excellent advice , absolutely love my oak mantle with corbals,great workmanship ,well packed and everything needed to put it up ,Hardwear that is.... ,my mantle is beautiful ,solid oak ,great price and looks really expensive , recommend this company 💯, thankyou ..

Really pleased with customer service, delivery and the oak itself

Did not have a great experience even though the product is very nice. I had to re order part of my worktop and paid an additonal £500 as they dont take returns, the worktop was only 38mm rather than 40mm and was a smaller piece of wood than stated on website. Basically feel i got sent a piece of leftover wood from the stock room. I got a £50 refund which personally was an insult. The wood itself is lovely but i feel robbed of my 2mm which is now out of line with the rest of my kitchen. I also bought the bathroom wood shelves, don't do it, they are very expensive, definately not really worth it.

Ordered two floating oak shelves and being 200 mm in width ,two pieces were glued together,no problem with that but unfortunately the two pieces were totally different colours ,one piece traditional oak,the other piece was nearly white
As an oak shelf of that depth would be on show you would expect the manufacturing would include obtaining a close match from both pieces of oak
When I complained to the company they decided that it was acceptable

Some of the best customer services and after sales I've ever come across. On top of that, out standing quality too.

First thigs first, the product is of the highest quality. We ordered an oak fire surround and were knocked back at just how beautiful the wood and finish was, and at such a reasonable price. Not just like, "oo, that's nice"... more like, "ooo daaaamn, that's stunning." We couldn't get over how lucky we were to have found these guys.

So, the product is fantastic. Next, aftersales and customer services.

Once we received our surround, we decided to make some changes and reached out to these guys to see if they could help. Now, I don't want to go into too much detail, as how they helped was out of the ordinary, and don't want customers saying.. well you did that for that guy.. do it for me too :D

Needless to say, we had a scenario, which wasn't the responsibility of Traditional Beams to solve. However, after contacting them, they did offer further help, even at a little additional expense to themselves (a very minor cost, but very appreciated and kind).

They went above and beyond to help us solve our problem, and we are super grateful.

We can't wait to add further Traditional Beams products to our home.
