I ordered my kilt for prom when it got here it to short but that was on my part the fabric was nice and it felt very comfortable I had the order a new one I paid for the express shipping which is 7-10 day it's been 12 and it's still no here good Kilt though

First, the Harris fabric is more difficult to find. I was thrilled when you carried it. The kilt is well made and my son's birthday is this weekend, so the rush was well worth it.

The tartan fabric I received from Traditional Kilt is beyond my expectations! The colors are perfect and the material will work well with my projects. All communication from Sufyan from Traditional Kilt was amazing. He responded to my questions quickly and assisted me in ordering a tartan that he added to the company's selections. Men's kilts are well made. They are decent quality for the price. It was lined, reinforced & fit well. However, The kilts that were labeled as women's were not, they were just men's much more poorly made. They were not lined, they had a different waistband, were cheaper material, nothing was reinforced & did not fit a women's body. The website gives you a required field for hips, but be aware you do not get more than a 5 in. difference for waist to hip ratio. Customer service worked with me however, & I was refunded one of the kilts so I could try to make one kilt that fit out of the 2 women's ones I got.

We have had a wonderful experience. We paid for expedited shipping and they were able to deliver in a timely manner. This is real, old fashioned, excellent customer service.We were concerned that coming from Pakistan there would be delays but the kilt, ladies skirt, Argyle jacket, vest and kilt hosiery came swiftly and are beautifully made. Our bank asked for confirmation that this was our order. It was also the first time we were having something custom made from an on line order and from detailed measurements we provided. Definitely read and utilize theirs and other tutorial info on measuring for the jacket and kilt. I sew and it is not intuitive like kneeling for the kilt length, measuring from belly buttons. It helped that I read what was available from other companies and watched some Youtube videos. mastered some of the kilt vernacular, became familiar with the different kinds of kilts to assure like buying a car : what's too much or too little within my needs and budget. Thus I wasn't buying too much kilt for our use. Ask them all your questions. They will help you. My adult son loves the 8 yard kilt and jacket. I used poly fabric and it is lovely - good weight. Great value for the money. The sewing craftsmanship was good. The chat messages and emails flew back and forth. We changed some specs and they worked with it.They made it clear what wasn't possible. They did extra checks to clarify what we wanted. The King's English and American English are not the same - verify, verify, verify. Assume nothing. Thank you for some extra gifts. We ordered extra items and they consolidated shipping. They have made it possible for us to be prepared for the parade which seemed impossible.

I ordered a navy blue tartan kilt and the one that arrived was teal. I reached out to the company who was gracious and quick to send me the correct colored kilt. Very pleased with the new kilt, their customer service and eagerness to remedy the situation. Highly recommend!

Order was received in a timely manner and the person I ordered it for loves it.

I ordered a kilt,but got a mini skirt,or what was supposed to be a kilt

Received the kilt and it was not correct size.
Waist and length measurements were reversed.
Should have been 35” waist x 28” length.
It’s a 28” waist x 34” length.
I shipped it forward as a gift so too much hassle and expense to ship back.

I was very pleased with the follow up to my order, having a conversation with the tailor who confirmed my measurements - and much to my chagrin, my waist size has "changed dimensions" requiring an additional 2 inches to size 36. sigh We got that figured out and the order was completed and shipped almost immediately. I look forward to getting the kilt and trying it one.
