The courses through this school are extremely thorough! I really appreciate that, in a way, I'm FORCED to actually learn from each lesson. The only thing I could use would be an audio button. If I could have the computer read the lesson out loud to me, I think I would retain THAT much more!!

So far the program has been great would have scored higher if it wasn't for all the glitches in while trying to login.

The portions of audio from the narrator are not good. The face that he is passive, incomplete and trying to be funny isn't helpful. I do wish it could be done like an audio book. I would learn better. Otherwise everything is good. Thank you,

I've done the first module so far and it very easy to use and understand.

This program is legit. There is a bit of repetition,but I feel that is necesary when trying to learn, right? Very good material and price, i will reccomend to anyone in the future pursuing real eatate.

I'm not truly happy with this course. I'm not too far in, but the reviews I read prior to purchase are true. There are several typos. Missing the word "NOT" in a sentence surely does change the meaning. The "Ask the Instructor" doesn't really work. When using, the response from the instructor may or may not come through via email. The response is using a "DONOTREPLY......email address". So you can't easily respond to the answer given if you still have questions about it. My first attempt at using this feature failed and I emailed their customer service. A person gave me their personal email address for questions, in which I'm using, but still a next day answer. I'd like the answer while I'm in the material rather than later. The title references such as Designated Broker, Lender, Mortgage Broker and such are not defined in the scenarios (even on their end of chapter exams). This makes it hard to understand. They did a pretty good job in the beginning with pointing out Buyer's agent and Seller's agent and then later in the course it gets sloppy and no reference to the relationship is made. It is my belief that the questions on the Chapter exams (not all but some) are trick questions. I'm not sure if this will be how the State Exam will be, but I'm a bit worried about this concept. I will continue to update these reviews because I do believe others should be aware of the issues. They also advertised "audio". Just a note, only a few so far have had audio. So if you're looking for this because you are that type of learner, be cautious. UPDATE****** - I ended up asking for a refund. The course continued to show discrepancies in the content and the Instructor stopped responding to my questions all together. It's interesting that the only reviews on Train Agents is through Trust Pilot. Why aren't there any reviews on Yelp. I will post some of my own on Yelp as well as Yahoo. I will also report my findings to TREC. This company should not be Accredited. I have several examples as to why. If you are reading reviews to pick an educating provider, please do not waste your time or money here.

I have been working on obtaining my real estate license on this website and i hate it! The reasons why are below:
. The old man reading does not follow the slides and just rambles.
. The end of chapter test questions is never consistent. For example, i can have the same question but 2 different answers, which is not helpful!
. The slides are pointless
. Customer service does not exist
. They say you have an Instructors help but its a lie!
If you are thinking of purchasing please look to Champions Real Estate as its much more enjoyable.

The chapters have been very informational. I especially like the examples given to give you a better understanding of the meaning. The tests go over a wide range of information and It allows me to go back and read up on something I may have missed.

so far so good I have started and in one week I'm almost done with the first section awesome

Material is presented dry and no audio available. The material should be in a PDF format instead and provide videos or something other than just text.

I have just begun my classes but the experience has been great. Very user friendly.

The school is absolutely wonderful with lots of useful information. I am would have given a much higher rating if there weren't so many misspelled words; and wrong use of words. Several words redefined the sentence.

Passed my test on the first try!

This is the best price that you will find. I completed 1 course and have 5 more to go. I enjoyed the first and found the quizes challenging, that is great. I am looking forward to my next class.

So far its been great, I do the videos twice to make sure I understand before my exams.
I would highly recommend this course to everyone.
