Super easy process and a great price!

Good so far. Course material is relevant and understandable.

Easy learning materials and learning at your own pace. Recommended this.

Before a few months ago. I decided learn realtor courses then choose their website .I got those courses were just before a few months ago.
I only finished one course. They said another 5 courses expiredT**C .At that time. I had paid and only learned one course. They said wait a several days. Will move forward to their sister website . When passed almost two months.not a several days. They sent to me a " sister website" called "360training" I tried a lot of time. nothing then later they put on only one course for me. I can not open. Because they changed lot. Completely unexpected . Feels so bad .That was waste of my lot of time and money.
I had contact them a lot time. They only kick me just like kick a ball. I can not learn any more about my realtor courses so far. They can not refund my money .Also they waste of my lot of time. Just feels so bad with this website. I was very regret chosen this website. I must be say.
This website was feeling just like a scam !

Clean, quick and painless interface.

I have had issues with the system from day 1. I completed the first module under law of Agency on 10/10/17. I took the exam for that module and the system wouldn't produce a score or allow me to move to the next module. I've sent 2 emails to technology and to the admin office. The administrator in the office said she also called and sent a message to the technology team. It is now 10/17, I have lost a week of training and the issue still has not been resolved.

I have heard great things about train agents which is why I signed up but this is totally unacceptable.

The course does what it says it will do. However, my confidence in that ability was set back a bit by the amount of grammatical and punctuation errors. With the level of expertise that is touted by this group, I would expect that they also know and understand basic english language practices. Or at the very least, review their lessons before publishing them.

Uddate: I received 30 hours for the course I completed. Train agents gave me an approved course through their sister site which I have almost completed.

I have now reached out to TREC to find out why they didn't announce the new requirements were coming. Train Agents could have told us but overall they did their best to remedy the situation.

My recommendation for TX is now TheCEShop.com. their courses are interactive, meets all TREC requirements, lots of online companies use their program, and they have online proctoring...

Do not use this company if you are in Texas. I signed up for 68 hours completed 38 and half of the last 30 hour course. I got credit for 8 hours in TREC and now have to completely start over on the 2 30 hour courses...

This is very unfortunate because I used them to get my license and was very pleased. Appears their courses are no longer valid with TREC...

I have lost all the money and worse I have to start over on both 30 hour courses...

Do not use them if you are in Texas and suggest their ethics are clearly not satisfactory to use in other states...

I am now working with TREC, credit card company and lawyers to try to bring this to resolution...

Very user friendly and staff was very helpful!

I was in the middle of classes and on Labor Day weekend, a message came up the classes were expired. A couple of days later, there was a message about the expiration and they said we would get an email with a user name / password to the sister site. We were told to email once and not to call for the password. I followed instructions and waited. The next weekend, I received what looked like a spam email - full of coding. I was about to trash it when I saw train agents in the middle of it. I gave it another week or so. Since then, since by now it is over a month, I have emailed again to no avail. I contacted Texas Real Estate Commission. They gave me a phone number which I called and left a message which has yet to be returned. I feel like there has to be something we can do to get our money back if they can not deliver their service, Maybe I should not even mention that any time I emailed the instructor, I had absolutely no response. Not only is the money gone but I had completed the first class and was in the middle of the second one - that is a lot of time and work that has been wasted. I fully intend to call TREC, as well as the BBB, again next week when I have time during the working day to call.

This was the worst choice ever so unorganized can never get into her with help don't feel like there's any value in this mediocre education so glad I have the option to go to a broker who offers training

A little choppy, but I'm starting to flow with it as I'm going through the lessons.

They blocked my account because I used a coupon code and they didn't process it correctly. We were in the middle of studying and all of a sudden our account was blocked. IMHO, this was a very unprofessional move on the part of the company. They did email us to discuss the coupon code and we immediately responded, however, they then immediately blocked the account. All of these problems were due to a bug in their computer system, however, they were not willing to own up to it. Instead, they just impulsively blocked my account.

I was warned that there are spelling and grammatical mistakes in the material from another student, but the sheer number of mistakes is inexcusable. In addition, the material repeated itself, sentences were incomplete, and the material was not presented in a logical fashion (why was taking real estate photos in the middle of Law of Agency?). The gentleman speaking on the audio portions was annoying with his frequent "chuckles" at the end of every point. After enrolling, I then find out that all the other courses have been expired by TREC and I would be redirected to a sister site after I completed the first 30 hours of study. Per the study material, TREC is responsible for certifying material and courses. I don't think they have done a good job of quality control on this particular course.

So far so good. My only issue is that there are quit a few typos and grammar issues. I have gotten questions wrong on quizzes because of these typo issues. Someone needs to go through the course and correct them. There are more than a few.

The course was easy to navigate and take, but I have not received credit from the Texas Real Estate Commission for this course and was told by them your company has to send in the Certificate of Completion, that it cannot come from me. I completed the course September 2nd. I reached out to your company Friday but have not heard back from anyone yet. My license expires five days from today and I need to get this taken care of.
