Enthusiastic trainers, Good relevant content

Best leadership training that I’ve done. Appropriate theories and concepts embedded but applied incredibly practically. Very knowledgeable and credible faculty. Subtly tailored learning from the aviation industry with application to healthcare. Encouraged open discussion with fellow health leaders. Would highly recommend to anyone in a leadership role.

Energetic and engaging presentation that was perfectly aligned to the learning needs of those present. This was achieved by an interactive the presenters grasp of the subject mater and the use of both didactic and interactive styles to establish learning needs and deliver insights in line with those.

Wow! what a fantastic course. Excellent, engaging sessions, linking to real life examples. Great to have leadership for self, team and organisation all woven in to the 2 days and the sim session was fab! Thank you.

A great 2 days with Trainetics.
Despite being something of a leadership course sceptic I came away from these sessions having genuinely learnt something and been challenged into upping my game!
Obviously the flight simulation session is great and does teach you to appreciate how badly ones brain thinks under pressure, but the rest of the course is equally challenging and thought provoking.
Now all I have to do is to put some of it into practice!

This has to be one of the best leadership courses that I have attended. The opportunity to compare and contrast the airline industry with healthcare was thought-provoking and equips you with key insights to apply in your day to day practice.
The instructors were outstanding and engaging - they piqued and managed to keep our interest for the whole two days.
I would not hesitate to recommend Trainetics to anyone at any stage in their leadership journey. You can never be too old to learn something new and these guys definitely delivered that!

An amazing location for our human factors training course at BA Global Training Academy. It was the first time we had met as a large group and the faculty did a brilliant job at setting us all in. Mark, Al and Ryan are true professionals in every sense and know their subject inside out. They kept the energy levels high throughout the two day course and I can’t recommend this course and the team highly enough! Thank you!

The Trainetics two-day leadership course was an excellent and very well-structured experience. It offered real insight into the framework and the scientific principles of leadership, especially around decision-making, emotional intelligence, and maintaining the wellbeing of both teams and oneself. The flight simulation on the second day was particularly outstanding.
