Easy to use and recieve regular updates of winners. Can reach out with quesrions at any time with good responses. I don't know anyone who has won but as they say, you have to be in it to win it

I think it is great what they are doing with the competition 10 out of 10.

I received so many competitions but I’m retired and don’t receive much money I’ve tried them all unsuccessfully so I won’t waste what little I have it’s a shame but its reality

Easy to communicate with, have been invested in tramway for a while and they have upped their customer experience significantly, so even if you don't win the house or cash prize you have a chance of getting something for your buck.

This is a good way to give to a good cause, and who knows you could get a new home or a little bit to help with the bills! Fantastic support if you run in to any issues.

I have entered twice since finding out about them, I didn’t win anything first time but I was given some credit towards my next tickets but I’m still in the main draw for 500k towards a house this would be amazing to win as ideally need to move but find somewhere or getting onto property ladder is hard

I spent so much money on competion ie by tickets for house or cash in hand or buy tickets for car or cash in hand ive been playing for long time but on or of because ive got family to support im trying so hard to win but i never do
To me i give but never recive i just want to win big and that will sort my kids out thankyou for getting intouch with me im greatful

Zero communication feels like a scam. I think i will be communicating with ombudsman

Won £5 on an instant win game over 10 days ago and they still haven’t paid it out. After emailing them they told me someone from the correct team would be in touch, I am yet to hear from anyone. I also had fraudulent activity on my bank account with this being the only new thing I have purchased recently. I have cancelled my card, pretty sure this company is a scam.

Wanted to send in a postal entry but they expect me to put not only name and address on the card but also email, phone number and worst of all DOB! They say postal cards only (not envelopes) so no chance of keeping my private details secure.

The only communication I seem to receive from Tramway Path (and quite frequently) is about buying more tickets.

Beyond that, there’s very little engagement with customers at all. There’s no visibility on draw dates, no reminders, no information on winners, no transparency around odds, nothing that gives confidence in how the operation is run.

That lack of communication makes it difficult to judge whether this is a fair and transparent process. At the moment, it just feels like purchases disappear into the ether with no real connection to what’s happening behind the scenes.

I currently have tickets for the next draw—whenever that may be—and of course I’d love to win. But unless there’s a significant improvement in how customers are kept informed and included, it’s hard to see myself continuing to play.

A bit more transparency and engagement would go a long way.

I initially had a positive impression of Tramway Path and found the competition concept appealing. However, I’ve become increasingly concerned about the lack of transparency and communication regarding my entries.

I contacted the company well over a month ago after noticing that none of my issued ticket numbers appeared in the published entry list for the cash draw. Also they claimed that every entry was a winner which was not the case. I politely emailed and requested clarification as to whether my entries were included in the dataset used for the Random.org selection process. Unfortunately, I received no response.

I then sent a follow-up email a couple of weeks later and again received no acknowledgement. What raised further concern for me was that my friend contacted the company with a general enquiry unrelated to ticket discrepancies and received a response almost immediately.

This has left me feeling uneasy, as it appears that straightforward customer service questions are being answered, while legitimate transparency concerns regarding entries and draw inclusion are being ignored.

I am not alleging wrongdoing and I understand delays can happen, but for competitions involving significant sums of money and property prizes, I believe entrants deserve clear communication and confirmation that their entries were properly included in the draw. I noticed on their live draw someone also commented something similar to my query which was ignored.

I will not recommend Tramway Path and I will not be entering any future competitions.

So I came across Tramway Path on Facebook the other night while looking at Eurail passes and the possibility of finally getting to visit Europe...before I no longer can! 😳

After checking out the TP website a bit further, I determined that TP indeed, did NOT appear to be a "scam"! 🏆😊👍

So I started reading the reviews and the stories of past winners here.
Although I can relate to several of the past winners as a retired nurse myself, admittedly my favorite winning story came from Nathan B. who was SO genuinely grateful, humble and down to Earth that you could "feel" him right through the screen!
(Along with his shell shock too!) 🤣😂👌
Unlike some others who have posted here, I can tell you from my own experience, that I received "my" own e-tickets the very next morning via email as stated on the website! 🏆

I was sorry to read that several others leaving their trust pilot reviews here, may have had a different experience? 😟
(Or were you really trying to reduce the "competition" and increase your odds ? 🤣🤭)

No matter. I can speak to "my" own experience here, and so far... it's been GREAT.

What Dan, Will, and Jay have begun is no less than a social and financial Game Changer for so many: those who continue to economically struggle, who become dependent upon the social system (isn't that called living on the dole in England?) and who remain in perpetual "need".
Those who need a "hand up" and some real HOPE!

In doing so, they have created a much needed paradigm shift toward re-defining (and reminding all of us ) that what is still needed today and everyday, and what remains most important in life is this:

Genuine Compassion, Humanity, and Dignity for everyday hard working PEOPLE and their families.

Helping to reduce their struggles and suffering by creating very real "opportunities" for change and making their dreams and hopes not only achievable... But sometimes very REAL! 🏆

Pretty chill little comp with BIG prizes!

Bought tickets before avoid at all costs, their advertising doesn’t match what you get. From what I read they take no responsibility so will take screenshots that are evidence to advertising authority to raise a complaint

Paid for the most recent raffle. Didn’t get a confirmation email with the raffle numbers so I reached out to see if it had gone to the wrong email address or something. Have heard nothing back. Reached out on the website and on social media several times and have just been ignored. Happy to take my money but no help provided at all. Might as well have chucked the money in the bin at this point.

I had a great experience with Tramway Path. The ordering process was easy and platform works efficiently.

What nearly prevented me from signing up was a period of significant self-doubt and the cumulative weight of ongoing personal challenges. There were times when fear, fatigue, and uncertainty made it difficult to step forward. However, everything I have shared reflects the values of the Tramway Path — doing good with the belief that good will follow, and supporting others even during moments of personal difficulty. I often refer to the brothers, as the three wise men, as their guidance and actions consistently demonstrate integrity, compassion, and community leadership.
