They don't have ways to cancel. They don't respond to any emails. They ripped me off for over a year.

Don’t subscribe! Unfortunately I subscribed to their Service only to find out that you can‘t cancel your subscription. I emailed them many times and texted in the chatbox. I had to involve my credit card company. They scam people like described in other reviews!

This platform is an incredible idea and worked really well... until there were some glitches that made it unusable. We're on the highest paid plan and we only wanted one month to get what we needed, but after having issues, it's taken 3 months (and counting) to hear back from any support so we've wasted a lot of money. I've tried the support chat bot, the contact form and multiple emails but I've heard nothing back. I really want to give a good review as the tools it has are perfect for what we needed, just the bugs and total lack of support means it's unusable.

Please don’t use this company. I reached out since June, so the only contact information they provide, which is my email address which they do not respond to to cancel the service because it was crap from the first time I tried I’ve seen them respond to someone on here quicker than I’ve seen them respond to their actual real company email this company is a fraud and to bad I can’t find them on Better Business Bureau or a report them there as well.

Don't waste your money. Constant problems: can't save work in progress, doesn't finalize processing the audio.
I paid for a lifetime subscription, foolishly, and it repeatedly tells me I'm out of credits.
And the customer service/help is non-existent, asked for help, repeatedly, and never received a response.

Huge congrats, Caglar. TranscribeTube has been a total time-saver when it comes to summarizing YouTube videos. I used to spend so much time going through long content, but now it’s effortless and accurate. The AI does an amazing job of capturing key points quickly, and it’s super easy to use.

Paid the low tier, and tried a transcription.
Right of the bat the speaker renaming had a bug (speaker names were not exported).
I upgraded to get more credits / hours (did not understand the correlation and there is no explanation on their website).
Upgraded, my card was charged but my credits were not updated.
Tried to reach out through chat - nobody replied.
Tried to reach out through email - nobody replied.
Tried to find them on socials - the links on their website are dead.
Tried to find how to cancel - nowhere is that option.

Eventually they reached out after three days, but I already found a better solution within the next hour.

There are many options out there, I suggest you try the others.

There is NO Customer Service. I asked repeatedly to cancel my subscription with advanced notice and they did not and I got charged. Will be disputing the charge with my bank. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE.

I signed up for a monthly "Personal" subscription. 2 out of 5 files I uploaded never finished transcribing. Since Friday, May 17, 2024, I have reached out to the company several times, by email and chat, without any response.

This company does not post on social media or on its blog, and its co-founder, Kyle Chadwick, does not seem to have any internet presence.
