I purchased tickets from this company…
I purchased tickets from this company last year, the day before my flight I realised my daughter’s passport was out of date. I contacted the travel agent at 9am well before the 3 hour mark to change my dates , she dragged her feet and was so non chalant. She said all flights were full to my destination so I suggested other destinations and she dragged her feet till it was too late. I lost over £2000. She gave no options , worst customer service I have ever received! Please do not book with them.

Dear Caroline Adedun,
We are sorry to read your comments; however, we must firmly clarify that your account does not accurately reflect the situation or the actions taken on your booking.
You contacted us at approximately 9:00am on the day of travel, with your flight scheduled for 1:30pm. From the moment we received your call, we acted immediately and with urgency on your request. There was no delay or lack of response from our side.
As this was a same-day travel amendment, all changes are subject to airline availability, airline response times, and immediate payment, and options are extremely limited, particularly during peak Easter travel periods. It is also important to note that we are required to liaise directly with the airline for all amendments, and we are dependent on their response times and call handling, which can vary and are outside of our control.
We also provided all available information from the airline and explored the alternative destinations you suggested. Unfortunately, airline systems require changes to be completed at least 3 hours before departure, after which the booking moves into airport control, and no further amendments can be made. Given the very limited timeframe, airline processing requirements, and response times, it was not possible to secure a change before departure.
We strongly reject the suggestion that options were not provided or that we failed to act. All available alternatives were communicated to you exactly as received from the airline, and we worked on your request continuously within the short window available.
While we understand your disappointment, the outcome was determined entirely by airline rules, ticket conditions, response times, and the last-minute nature of the request, not by any lack of service or effort from us.
If you would like us to review the booking again, please contact us on 020 8312 2484 or sales@transglobbal.com.
Amazing and wonderful people.

I had a really positive experience with TRANSGLOBBAL as a travel agent. From the first enquiry through to the final booking, everything felt well organised and professionally handled. What stood out most was how detailed and clear their information was. They didn’t just give general travel advice, they provided thorough explanations about destinations, visa requirements, accommodation options, and transport so there were no surprises later.

Dear Miriam Kimeu,
Thank you, Miriam, for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt the fare was a bit expensive.
For your enquiry, our team reviewed all options available for your specific travel dates. Due to the limited flexibility with the dates, the fare you selected was the *cheapest option available* at the time of booking.
It may also help to note that late February falls within the peak travel period for Kenya, whereas March and April are generally considered off-peak months with lower fares. Because February remains in high demand, prices are naturally higher, and booking 2–4 months in advance is usually the best way to secure lower rates.
We always aim to provide our customers with clear options, honest guidance, and the best value available at the time. We appreciate your review and remain committed to supporting you with any future travel plans.
