From the phone call to order a cage for my new vehicle, to delivery, I have had excellent service from Trans-K9. Sharon checked my vehicle details and enquired about my dog to ensure I was ordering the correct cage. Delivery date was arranged with me, and cage was delivered as planned. Cage was well packed, delivered undamaged, easy to place into vehicle and fitted well.

First day out with our new travelling cage in the new Ford Ranger. Fabulous build quality. Three Labradors travelled today and loved it. Need to install the fan for warm days. Thank you Sharon for your excellent customer service.

Arrived today, really pleased with whole purchase, just need to get the dog used to it as normally on back seat with a harness on. Great customer service and even delivery driver said these were great quality crates.

Had used different manufacturers dog cage systems which were next to useless
hence we ordered TransK9 double cage for our 2 crafty young golden retrievers who previously escaped from old systems
However once we received our new TransK9 C50 dog cage we were blown away by the build quality and fit for my vehicle and dogs fit with room to spare👍

Sharon was extremely helpful, responsive and communicative and the product itself looks and feels great - a quality product with quality service. I also ordered various accessories (straps, lead hooks, door stops, non-spill water bowl) and they are similar in quality. Can definitely recommend this company if you are considering a dog cate for your vehicle.

After numerous searches for a dog crate for our lurcher we eventually decided on Trans K9. We weren't disappointed. The company were so easy to contact and were extremely helpful in answering our questions prior to buying the C27 for our two spaniels. It arrived on time and was so easy to install. We were ready to go with the dogs within 15 mins of receiving it. We're planning a long trip abroad with them in a few weeks looking and are delighted with the quality and comfort of the cage. Very happy indeed!

Can't recommend enough, Sharon helped me with all my questions and had my cage delivered on time as promised.
Cage is perfect for my 2 dogs and I feel restassured my dogs are safe. Very well made and the escape hatch is a perfect compliment to the design.

Today was spent making a 350 mile round trip to Scotland and back!! Transk9 make crash tested travel crates of the highest quality and of course my Labrador Eric needed one to keep him safe on our adventures. Unfortunately the dimensions of my new boot were so different to those of my last X3, it was unlikely that there would be a standard box to fit it! I was not willing to order one to find that it wasn’t suitable for the car or for Eric. So after many mythering emails,I drove up to visit Transk9 in the hope that I wouldn’t be coming home with an empty boot. The owners Sharon and Rob are the most lovely and accommodating people, it was an absolute pleasure to meet them, a joy to drive through the most beautiful countryside and a delight to do business with them. Eric has at last been for a ride in his new car 🐾🐕‍🦺❤️ x

Great customer service, initially Sharon contacted to say they had not got a suitable box for my vehicle but after some measurements and a browse on the website I found that a standard C25 box would fit. Excellent communication from Sharon and an absolutely superb product

Great service and advice from Sharon. Got back to us with information requested in the timeframe promised. It was an easy process to order by phone. Unfortunately, as we had missed the delivery to our area that week, we had to wait a short while for delivery but it was received early on the day advised. We were kept up to date on the progress of our delivery. The crate fitted our car perfectly, allowing us more space in the boot than our original crate.
Would definately recommend both the company and the product, which gives peace of mind when transporting your dog(s).

The C32 crate fits into my Audi Q3 perfectly and i am over the moon with our purchase. Amazing quality, sturdy but not too heavy!

I also added a double bumper mat and this is well worth the additional cost to save the paintwork.

With living on the Isle of Man buying larger items can be a problem with the extra logistics involved. Sharon was extremely helpful in getting us the best deal in transit from the UK to IOM. We ordered it on 12th April, had email confirmation on the 16th confirming it was in transit, then get a phone call to say courier would be delivering it today (19th). The box itself is just what we wanted, fits perfectly in our vehicle. You get what your pay for to keep your dog safe and in the knowledge that he is well protected.
