C25 Double Dog Cage - Amazing faultless service, brilliant communication with a check phone call to start with making sure we had the right crate type for our car, then follow up emails all the way through to delivery. The delivery was spot in time and the driver was brilliant too, not minding at all whilst we unpacked as requested - extremely well packaged. Thank you so much. Photo's show the good really visibility through the rear view mirror and a collie 'door stop' stand-in for pup being collected later this week.

I've just received my order from TransK9 and really can't fault them at all. I placed my order and very quickly received a phone call to arrange delivery which could have been as quick as 2 days. I asked to arrange a different delivery day and this was very easily arranged.
The box itself arrived on time and was very well packaged. The delivery driver was very helpful in placing the pallet in a convenient location.
I've had TransK9 boxes in the past so I was already well aware of the fantastic quality and this one is no different. It fits my car perfectly and the bumper guard gives that bit of extra protection from paws.

Ordered a single cage before Xmas and new year and was offered the opportunity to collect prior to the holidays, but we were not able to do so due to other commitments. A date was agreed and the cage was collect and fitted yesterday at the TransK9 unit after a drive up from Northumberland. Fitted in minutes after meeting a delightful team who were warm and friendly. Milo took to the cage and enjoyed a safe comfortable journey home. Highly recommend for goods, value and service. Photos will follow once the weather improves, but brilliant. Finding a product that fits exactly as it states, and looks totally brilliant in-situ, is a great thing - it is always a concern to buy such a large and expensive product on-line, but with this one, Im so glad I did. Remember, you have to pay for quality and when it concerns my dogs, quality is a minimum -TOP PRODUCT -

Took delivery of a double cage and oh my word talk about being delighted with the purchase, so glad we bought the bumper protector also, one of our dogs wouldn't get out he loved it. Thank you so much to Jeanette who took my phone calls, the process of ordering was simple you just need to select your car, delivery was on time and brilliant, unwrapping it took longer than actually placing the cage in the boot it was so simple, the quality is excellent.

I'm so pleased with our new double cage and the excellent customer service. Jeanette answered all my questions and kept me posted on delivery status throughout the process. The cage arrived extremely well packaged within a couple of days of placing the order, and putting it in the boot was very easy, too (fits perfectly!). Really happy with this purchase, and the company clearly cares about their customers and offering high-quality products and services.

We have bought 2 cages off this company. No one makes anything close to Trans-K9 cages. They are the best in the business.

I searched the whole internet for the matching drawer and dog cage I was looking for, finally settled on the Trans-K9 system. I placed the order on Saturday and received a call on Monday first thing to ask if I wanted it posted or I could pick up. Unknown to me they were 2 miles away from my home. On arriving to collect, an engineer and the whole office team were there to greet me and introduce themselves. A lovely company and lovely people. They fitted the system and I was on my merry way very shortly thereafter. A fabulous experience from start to finish. Well done Andrew and team!

Have purchased both drawers and cages from them and they are just spot on, the quality of the systems with the inserts is superb, and on the hospitality inserts the quality of the cups and accessories is really good, service has also always been spot on, been a customer for a couple of years now and highly recommend.
