I have booked a couple of holidays with Travel associates, Fiona and found her to be very knowledgeable.

Raya helped my partner and I book our first trip to Rarotonga and she was SO helpful, I went back and forth so many times with different options and questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. She had lots of knowledge and was super friendly, we can’t wait to book again with her!

Hannah at the Dunedin NZL Office helped me tee up a trip to visit a sick relative is Sydney in less than 30 minutes. Such a relief to have a safe pair of hands take care of getting me over there with minimum stress and real care. Excellent!

Raya from travel associates helped us to book our first family trip to Fiji. I went back and forth so many times with so many questions which were never a problem for her. We ended up booking a week all inclusive at the shangri la and it was amazing. The most special week with friends and family lots of delicious food and fun. All of our travel including transfers etc were seamless. Cant wait for the next trip

My wife and I booked a 3 week honeymoon to Japan and Fiji, and just got back home this week. Megan was instrumental in making it the vacation of a lifetime! She was very patient and took the time to understand us as travellers / people along with our likes and dislikes. Then she curated a list of 30 things she thought we may find interesting and we picked out our favourites – she then put together an itinerary - flights, insurance, transfers and accommodations all at a very good pace and all within our budget. She picked out hotels that were excellent, but also convenient and even told us exactly how long it would take to get around Japan by train and which ones to catch. She even threw in her personal recommendations like Miyajima Island in Hiroshima after 5PM - which my wife and I loved and never came across as a recommendation anywhere on our YouTube and Google personal searches. Thank you Megan – we really appreciate all you did for us and gave us a brilliant start to married life.

I received really personal customer service from Natasha - she was very helpful in helping us to book our stay in Dubai, sharing her personal recommendations from her own visits there. Unfortunately due to world events, we decided to cancel our travel to Dubai and Natasha kept us undated on the cancellation/refund process, as it took some time to get this from the airlines/hotels. Even though in the end we didn't travel to Dubai, Natasha followed up on our return to see how the rest of our trip had gone. I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha, and will definitely use her myself again in future.
