Miguel was a fantastic guide, he was so informative and very funny. We explored Miraflores, a local market and got taken to a traditional Peruvian restaurant where Rafael explained the process of making Peruvian foods and Pisco sour. Highly recommend. A nice relaxing and informative tour.

We just finished our tour with super friendly and knowledgeable guide Miguel. Was the perfect way to experience the best of downtown Lima for half a day. It honestly felt like we were being shown around by a friend. Would highly recommend.

Stop over in Lima for just 1 night, found this tour to kill my time before flying to Cusco. Miguel was my guide. It turned out I was the only one who booked the tour on that morning. Not gonna complain at all!!! I tried local breakfast chicharrón (the fried pork was so juicy), native fruits from traditional market, freshly made Ceviche and churros. Very full but just can't stop eating. Miguel is so informative that made me falling love with the local food and culture. Thinking about doing this kind of tour again when I get to Cusco. Muy gracias!!

I was very fortunate to be Jonathan’s guest for this four hour cultural and food sampling tour to downtown Lima. It was a fantastic experience using the Metopolitana bus system from Miraflores to downtown Lima and back. Jonathan pointed out places of interest and we journeyed to different local food eateries. It was an excellent way of trying Peruvian snacks, fruits and drink. Excellent demonstration and sampling of different Pisco drinks. Jonathan even followed up after the tour with links and pictures of things that we talked about on the tour. He molded my positive impression of Lima wishing I had more days to explore this wonderful city. Thanks for this experience!

The tour coincided with a public holiday so for the first hours the streets were quiet and cafes not so busy. My guide, Miguel, was engaging and very informative. We started at a little cafe for coffee where Miguel showed and explained the different Peruvian coffee beans being used. Very informative. Next we sampled chitcharron buns ( pork, onion, fried sweet potatoe). A common Peruvian breakfast snack, delicious. Then a small suspiro (dessert) followed by a visit to the markets with a selection of completely new fruits to me with an explanation of where grown and usage. Following we tried ceviche accompanied by a refreshing pisco based cocktail. Of course we couldn’t finish without a sweet churros. All up a morning filled with good food and lots of conversation while walking around the streets of Miraflores. A great start to the day

Today was a cooking class day! Miguel was friendly and on time and extremely knowledgeable, the cooking class was very interesting and you of course got to eat what you make, would recommend, lovely way to spend a few hours :-)

This walking food tour was amazing!! Come hungry and enjoy the delicious fruits and local dishes. Our guide was great at giving historical background on major landmarks and describing all the various foods. He was cordial, knowledgeable and very social. Would definitely book again!!!

We had a lovely time with Miguel on the cooking class tour! Miguel was very friendly, informative and helpful. He gave us many useful recommendations of what to visit and what foods to try. The cooking class itself was also great and we enjoyed making and eating ceviche and causa! Highly recommend!

We felt like we learned so much about the local culture and traditions. Our guide was so knowledgeable and I appreciated the opportunity to explore while learning about what we saw. I got the chance to practice my Spanish. Glad to know I can make some new Peruvian dishes at home. Thank you for being a part of our vacation!

Miguel was a great tour guide today and knew all about the local history. The tour around the markets was great and we were able to try local foods. The cooking class was an absolute hit and so much fun. Would highly recommend. Thank you Miguel!
