Alhamdulillah, we are back in UK, after completing UMRAH, we booked Hotel in Makkah and Medina through Shanzah (Travelcareukltd). Found Shanzah as an excellent individual, she patiently and promptly replied all my questions, even forwarded all important notifications proactively. Despite of some issues their service was satisfactory. Thanks again Shanza for providing us excellent service. Hope to book with Travelcareukltd soon.

Shanza has been absolutely incredible! We can't thank her enough for her unwavering patience and professionalism. Even though we booked during the busy last 10 nights, the entire experience was seamless, not a single thing to fault. She consistently checked in on us, even while we were in Saudi, and made us feel genuinely cared for and looked after every step of the way.

Alhamdulillah, we are back in UK, after completing UMRAH, we in Makkah for 12 days ( including last 10 days of Ramadan) and 4 days in Medinah - we booked Hotel in Makkah and Medina through Shanzah or Travelcareukltd. Found Shanzah as an excellent individual, she patiently and promptly replied all my questions, even forwarded all important notifications proactively. We wanted budget hotel, the Makkah Aziziah hotel - although check in time was 16:00 , they allowed us to check in on arrival at 10:30 without asking any questions, reception and staff were ever smiling and accommodating. Shuttle service during last 10 days of Ramadan is hit and miss. Thanks again Shanza for providing us excellent service. Hope to book with Travelcareukltd soon.

However, be mindful as Uk travel has third party suppliers so in case if they get let down by their supplier they will let you know soon as possible and will arrange something for you.
