Me mordió un mono en Thailandia, tuve que acudir a un hospital a que me curaran y pusieran todo tipo de vacunas y me dieran antibióticos. La atención fue de 10, solucionaron todo antes de que terminaran de hacerme las curas y pagaron los costes, no tuve que preocuparme de nada, ni adelantar mi dinero. Gracias de verdad por la atención recibida.

No se OS ocurra adquirir este seguro de viaje , me tuve que regresar anticipadamente por una urgencia, hospitalizacion de mi esposo y eso me ocasionó unos gastos que el seguro no cubrió porque mi esposo tenía que estar 5 días mínimo hospitalizado y yo fuera de España para que me cubriera el seguro los gastos, mi pregunta es si me tengo que devolver antes por una urgencia como tengo que esperar 5 días cuando mi esposo estaba grave, mi esposo falleció unos días después, me vais a decir que no son unos sinvergüenzas por favor no compreis este seguro

Estoy viviendo en Estados Unidos y hasta ahora todo ha ido genial, solo he tenido que hacer una vez uso del seguro ya que he tenido una infección fuerte de garganta y oídos y llamé para que me dijeran a qué hospital asistir, luego volví a llamar para que me hicieran un documento y mandarlo al hospital, y no hubo problema. La atención vía mail es muy rápida y efectiva. Gracias 🙏

I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in their service. The person on the phone is always defensive, and there’s never a solution provided — it’s always about their correspondent, regardless of the time you allow them. I consistently experience long delays of at least 10 hours. However, when I posted a review on Google, to my surprise, I received excuses in less than an hour.

What I need is a doctor on the phone, not apologies. I am currently interning at a hospital in Vietnam, and it should be the company’s priority to improve customer service, rather than focusing on marketing numbers. They told me that they have five people with dengue, but if that’s the case, they should not sell so many insurance policies if it means I won’t receive proper care when I need it most.

This policy is an absolute scam! on the website it states cover of 1500 euros for the loss of baggage then in the summary on the policy it says 500 euros but hidden away in tiny print it says 50 euros. the airline lost my luggage and i was without any clothing for my holiday but because the bag was eventually found and returned to my home country within 21 days they will only pay out 50 euros. that doesn't even cover the amount of time I spent on the policy and the time I had to spend compiling all the receipts and paper work that they requested, let alone the reimbursement of 600 euros I need to cover expenses on clothes, shoes and beauty products

Awful service, since I paid for the insurance, I´ve reached out two times, one for a plane ticket issue and second time for a delay and their policies are so specific that their help is basically non existent.

Worst of all was their customer support the second time I called, the guy sounded like he just woke up, bad attitude and even yelled while ¨trying to help¨ me, which clearly, he didn´t.

DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE, doesn´t matter if it´s cheap, it´s not worth it!

Son unos verdaderos cuatreros de la peor calaña. Tendran noticias mías. No se os ocurra hacer nada con ellos.

Me perdieron una maleta , estuve tres días sin y el seguro ( suministrado por Caser ) marca una indemnización de 300€ no me paga alegando que debo pedirlo a la compañía aérea cuando yo prefiero pedirlo al seguro contratado para que no me mareen más . Un despropósito para no pagar . NO CONTRATEN este seguro , es una EStAFA

I had to take a travel insurance for a visa in Algeria. I’ve missed spell my email with to .con. As I never received an email confirmation, I called the number very effectively the girl on the phone sorted it out very quickly I’ve asked her to mention specifically to cover Europe and Algeria, and in less then 30 minutes I’ve received my policy with the relevant countries mentioned. I hope I will not have to use it on holiday there. But it looks like it does cover the minimum needed on holiday. I will take one for my mother too just in case. 😉

No sirve para estudiantes que vayan a universidades en Estados Unidos porque no cubre algunas cláusulas que piden algunas universidades como la UNF en Florida. Servicio pésimo sin posibilidad de cancelar.

QUIERO MI DINERO
Ayer, en Australia, trabajando me empezó a doler el dedo y vi que tenía una infección y un dolor inaguantable por lo que dije que tenía que ir al hospital ya que el dolor era muy intenso.
Fui de urgencias DEJANDO DE TRABAJAR por el dolor tan grande que tenía en el dedo.

Solo para que me viera el doctor tuve que pagar 680$.
Hoy me pongo en contacto supuestamente con TRAVELFINE, la empresa con la que supuestamente he firmado el contracto y para mi sorpresa se pone en contacto otra empresa conmigo diciendo que son ellos lo que me tienen que resolver esto.
CUAL ES MI SOPRESA?
QUE ME DICEN QUE NO ME LO CUBREN!!!!

son estafadores no reserveis porque se lavan las manos, nos cubren perdidas de conexciones de vuelos y cancelaciones de vuelos y resulta que nos cancelaron un vuelo y perdimos otro de conexion y me dicen que tienen hasta 40 dias para solucionarlo ellos que tengo qeu esperar, y esto ha sido en septiembre, y ya pasado el tiempo y siguen dando largas, voy a denunciarlos por estafa

Viajé a Bogotá y tuve una reacción alérgica que hizo que se me hinchara toda la cara. Llamé a travelfine y me derivaron a un hospital donde me atenderían. Al llegar, en el mostrador me dijeron que les faltaba un documento por parte de travelfine, a los que llamé para que lo enviaran. De todas formas, me atendieron en ese hospital mientras esperaban por ese documento. Al rato me informaron de que ya les había llegado el documento y estaba todo bien. Me atendieron muy eficazmente y luego solo tuve que mandar el informe médico a Travelfine para que hicieran seguimiento de mi caso. Fue todo correcto y bastante rápido. Gracias Travelfine, repetiré sin duda

Contraté una póliza anual para EEUU. Sólo tuve que acudir una vez al médico y todo fue perfectamente. Tras contactar con el seguro, ellos me facilitaron los centros médicos a los que debía acudir.

I contracted an insurance with Travelfine for a year, I was going to travel mainly to Colombia.
At one point I got sick, I assumed it was coronavirus, and at that time they were asking for a "passport" everywhere and they were already vaccinated with the third vaccine. I explain this because it was necessary for me to have proof of having passed it recently.
So I went to the ER of one of the best-known hospitals in Colombia. I lived 6 km from him, between Rionegro and Medellín, in the wealthiest area of Colombia.
After several conversations and hours of waiting in the emergency room, none of the hospitals (public or private) or clinics accepted the payment guarantee.
I requested the PCR as an individual and paid for it, positive.
It took another two more days for them to tell me that to see if they could move me to a hospital in Medellín, it was not certain that they would accept it, but to go and see. It's only 25 km, but that means two hours on a bus there, with a fever and the risk of contagion to other passengers.
After at least 8 emails that looked like a sea bream dialogue, I got them to pay me for the PCR.
Shortly after, I broke a tooth, but I didn't even bother to call. I managed on my own.
If I had broken an arm I don't even want to think about what could have happened.
In July, already back after 5 months, I requested reimbursement for the remaining months, obviously I was going to take out another insurance.
In December, after many calls and emails, they told me no, since "I used the insurance".

In short, not advisable, they pass the ball to each other and the assistance is non-existent.
